Refund policy

Free returns within 30 days

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging, free of charge, for a full refund of the item price including the tax you paid on it. We provide a prepaid return label whatever the reason. This returns promise is in addition to your rights under provincial consumer protection law and never limits them.

How to return an item

1. Email canadiansporting.ca@gmail.com with your order number, the item and the reason (one line is enough).
2. We send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging and drop the parcel off with the carrier.

Skates, hygiene and used items

Skates can be returned if they were only tried on indoors, are unsharpened and are in the original box; skates that have been heat-molded, sharpened or used on the ice can only be returned if faulty. Items sealed for hygiene reasons, such as mouthguards, can only be returned with the seal unbroken, unless faulty.

Refunds

We refund you within 10 business days of receiving the return, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Faulty or not as described

If something is faulty or not as described, email us with a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it, with return shipping paid by us. This applies in addition to any manufacturer warranty and to the legal warranties under your province’s consumer protection law.

Wrong item

If we sent the wrong item, email us with a photo and we will send the right one or refund you in full, with the return paid by us.
