1. About us

canadiansporting.ca is operated by BARONI SUPPLIER LTD, 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, IP1 1RJ, United Kingdom, under the name Canadian Sporting. Email: canadiansporting.ca@gmail.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to orders placed on canadiansporting.ca by consumers in Canada. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law of your province or territory.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including sizing information where available. Images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens. Please check sizes, certification and suitability before ordering, and email us if you are unsure.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes (GST, HST, PST or QST) are calculated at checkout. Shipping within Canada is free. If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before shipping to offer the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Your order

After you order we email you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified; any payment taken is then refunded in full.

6. Shipping

See our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days for unused items. See our returns policy.

8. Warranties

The legal warranties under your province’s consumer protection law apply, in addition to any manufacturer warranty.

9. Safe use

Use products in line with the manufacturer’s instructions, the rules of your sport, league or venue, and applicable laws, including Transport Canada boating safety requirements and provincial helmet laws. Our guides are general information, not legal, medical or professional advice.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or business losses.

11. Your information

See our privacy policy.

12. Questions and complaints

If you are unhappy, email us first: most issues are resolved within one business day. You may also contact the consumer protection office of your province or territory.

13. Language

These terms are provided in English; a French version will be made available.
