Designed to be lightweight yet durable, it fits hands comfortably while offering three temperature levels and zippered pockets for small essentials. Below you'll find practical details to help decide if this heated muff matches your needs.

How quickly does the CYCYHEAT muff warm up and how long does it run?

The muff uses an upgraded heating element that begins producing noticeable warmth in under 30 seconds after activation. Runtime varies by heat setting, with the included 10,000mAh battery offering hours of use on a single charge depending on intensity.

• Fast warm-up: under 30 seconds to feel heat
• High (about 130°F / 50–55°C): roughly 2.3–3 hours
• Medium (about 120°F / 45–50°C): roughly 4.3–5 hours
• Low (about 113°F / 40–45°C): roughly 9.3–10 hours

What battery does it use and how is charging handled?

The hand muff ships with an ultra-light 10,000mAh USB battery pack that supports 5V/3A charging and 10W output for steady heat. The battery is slim and portable so it won’t add bulk, and it fully charges in about 5–6 hours using a compatible charger.

• Included: 10,000mAh, 5V/3A USB battery (0.41 lbs, compact dimensions)
• Charge time: approximately 5–6 hours to full
• Compatibility: designed for 5V/2A–3A USB power banks; check size before use
• On/off and 3 heat levels via single control button

Is the muff suitable for wet or windy conditions?

The outer shell is made from waterproof and windproof fabric to block light rain and chilly gusts, keeping hands drier and warmer than a regular glove. A zippered battery pocket secures the power pack and two extra pockets store essentials so items stay protected from the elements.

• Waterproof, windproof outer fabric for added weather protection
• Zippered battery compartment sized 7.48 × 3.93 × 3.93 inches
• Two additional zip pockets for keys, cards, or small tools
• Breathable, ultra-soft fleece interior for comfort and heat retention

How easy is it to use and maintain on outdoor trips?

Operation is straightforward: long-press the single button to power up and cycle through heat modes with short presses. Care is simple—remove the battery before cleaning, and follow fabric care instructions to preserve waterproofing and the plush inner lining.

• One-button control for power and three temperature settings
• Remove battery before washing to avoid damage
• Lightweight design won’t weigh down pockets or gear straps
• Customer support available for missing or defective batteries
