How does this plug connect to my EZGO TXT or RXV charger?

Installation is designed to be simple and intuitive. The three conductors are color-coded so you can match each wire to the corresponding charger terminal and get a proper electrical connection fast.

• White wire: connects to the charger output positive (+).
• Black wire: connects to the charger output negative (−).
• Green wire: connects to the charger start/locking signal.
• No special tools required — basic hand tools are typically sufficient.

Will this fit my golf cart model and which OEM parts does it replace?

This plug is created to match the physical and electrical interfaces used on EZGO TXT and RXV 48V carts produced from 2008 onward. It’s intended as a like-for-like replacement for several common OEM numbers, but checking compatibility first avoids surprises.

• Designed for EZGO TXT and RXV 48-volt electric carts (2008-up).
• Replaces OEM part numbers 604321, 611218, and 8009.
• Confirm your cart’s year and connector style before ordering.

What are the build details and why does the handle matter?

The connector combines durable materials with a user-friendly shape so the plug withstands repeated connections while remaining easy to grip. The triangle handle offers mechanical advantage when removing the plug from a recessed or tight charger socket.

• Triangle handle for comfortable, secure pulling and alignment.
• 8-inch DC cable length balances flexibility and compact routing.
• Rugged housing and strain relief to resist wear at the cable exit point.

What should I do if the plug doesn’t perform as expected?

If you notice loose contact, intermittent charging, or fitment concerns, first verify wiring and cart compatibility. 10L0L supports replacement if the part arrives defective or fails under normal use, helping you restore reliable charging quickly.

• Double-check wire-to-terminal connections for correct polarity and secure crimps.
• Inspect the plug and socket for debris or corrosion that can block contact.
• Contact 10L0L customer service for troubleshooting and replacement options.
