wohao Foldable yoga mat 192 x 67 x 1 cm, Dark green+Dark grey, 12-panel POE cushioned non-slip mat for home

The wohao 12F-Foldable Yoga Mat is a compact, two-tone POE exercise mat that folds into twelve sections for easy storage while delivering cushioned, non-slip support across a full 192 × 67 × 1 cm surface.

This foldable yoga mat blends portability with full-size performance. Designed to unfold into a generous practice surface yet collapse into a space-saving package, it suits apartments, travel, and multi-use home gyms. The two-tone finish helps you quickly distinguish top from bottom, and the POE construction balances cushioning, durability, and reliable grip without strong odors.

How does the 12-fold design improve everyday use?

Folding into a compact stack replaces bulky rolled mats and makes storage or transit effortless. The twelve-panel layout folds flat and neatly so you can tuck it into drawers, carry it in a bag, or lay it on a shelf without taking up vertical space. It’s especially handy where storage is limited or you move between locations for class or travel.

• Folds into a small rectangle for drawers and backpacks
• Lay-flat panels prevent spring-back and save trunk space
• Quick to fold after sessions—no straps required

Will the mat cushion and protect my joints during workouts?

The mat’s POE foam and 1 cm thickness offer a gentle layer of shock absorption across standing, seated, and floor-based movements. This padding helps reduce direct pressure on knees, elbows, and hips during stretching or low-impact strength work, while still keeping you connected to the floor.

• 1 cm POE foam for comfortable cushioning
• Consistent thickness across the entire 192 × 67 cm area
• Suitable for yoga, Pilates, core work, and light strength training

How reliable is the grip on both sides of the mat?

Both surfaces are textured to provide anti-slip performance: the top helps stabilize hands and feet during poses, and the bottom grips wood, tile, and carpet to prevent sliding. This dual-texture approach reduces movement on the floor and keeps your alignment consistent through transitions.

• Textured top surface for secure hand and foot placement
• Grippy underside to anchor the mat on multiple floor types
• Designed to minimize slipping during dynamic or static practice

How durable and safe is the material for regular use?

The mat is made from high-quality POE that’s wear-resistant and tear-resistant, keeping its shape after repeated folding and use. It’s formulated to be low-odor and meets product-safety standards, making it suitable for frequent practice and for people with sensitive skin.

• POE material that resists creasing and tearing
• Low-odor, non-toxic composition suitable for indoor use
• Built to hold up after repeated folds and daily workouts
