Hahafelt dart board wall protector, Black, 36 x 24 x 0.5 Inch, 2-piece felt panels for impact absorption

Hahafelt's 2-piece felt dart board wall protector is a lightweight, foldable black backing that covers 36 x 24 x 0.5 inches to shield walls from stray darts.

Set up an instant protective backdrop for your dartboard without changing décor or drilling into painted surfaces. This kit includes two black felt panels that join to form a full backing, attach with removable double-sided tape, and fold for compact storage. It’s designed to absorb dart impacts and minimize scuffs, keeping your game area tidy and your walls intact.

How easy is it to install and reposition the Hahafelt protector?

Installation is tool-free and reversible: the felt panels come prepped for mounting with moveable double-sided tape so you can attach them quickly and adjust their placement. When you need to change location or clean the panels, they peel away without gouging or lifting paint.

• Two felt strips join to create a 36 x 24 inch shield.
• Moveable double-sided tape adheres securely but removes cleanly.
• No drill, screws, or special hardware required.
• Panels can be repositioned for alignment or storage.

Will this felt protector actually stop darts and prevent wall damage?

The 0.5-inch thick black felt is engineered to absorb the kinetic energy of common steel and soft-tip darts, reducing penetration and preventing impact marks on drywall or painted surfaces. It provides a forgiving surface around the board, catching off-center throws that would otherwise hit the wall.

• Half-inch thickness cushions dart tips and minimizes rebounds.
• Full 36 x 24 inch coverage protects typical dartboard setups.
• Durable felt material resists tearing and repeated impacts.
• Works with both home and recreational dartboards.

How do I store or clean the felt panels when not in use?

The panels fold flat and are lightweight, so they tuck into closets or under furniture easily. Spot cleaning is simple: lift any debris with a lint roller or gently brush and, if needed, wipe with a damp cloth—avoid soaking to preserve the adhesive backing and felt texture.

• Foldable design reduces storage footprint.
• Lint roller or soft brush for routine cleaning.
• Wipe with a damp cloth for minor stains; air dry fully before remounting.
• Peel off adhesive strips for washing or replacement if necessary.

Does this protector damage paint or require wall repairs when removed?

The Hahafelt kit uses removable tape designed to leave surfaces intact when detached correctly, so repainting or patching is normally unnecessary. If you must move it frequently, periodically check the adhesive and replace the tape to maintain clean removal.

• Removable double-sided tape minimizes paint lift.
• Clean removal when peeled back slowly and evenly.
• Replaceable adhesive strips ensure ongoing safe use.
• Ideal for rental homes, basements, rec rooms, and garages.
