CLIO Large Tarp Clips 24-Pack with Carabiners — Heavy-Duty Lock Grip, Waterproof & Wind-Resistant

If you need a robust, reusable way to fasten tarps, boat covers, canopies or temporary shelters, the CLIO 24Pack Large Tarp Clips deliver a wider toothed jaw, an adjustable knob and corrosion-resistant construction to hold heavy fabrics without tearing them. Each clip is engineered to grip thick vinyl, canvas and polyethylene while the included carabiners make attaching ropes or straps fast and simple.

How do these clips resist wind and water when used outdoors?

The clips are molded from high-strength nylon with reinforced teeth and a bolted fastening that keeps the jaw closed under load. Their weather-resistant material and design let them hold up in rain and gusts without rusting or losing bite.

• Durable, waterproof nylon body resists moisture and UV degradation
• Bolted fastening secures jaw alignment under repeated use
• Wide 1.73" (4.4 cm) jaw distributes force across the fabric to prevent tearing
• Tested bite force rated roughly 50–70 kg (110–154 lb) per clip

What makes the jaw and adjustment system strong enough for heavy tarps?

CLIO designed a six-row teeth pattern and an oversized toothed mouth to increase surface contact and grip stability. The adjustable knob opens the jaws about 0.59" (1.5 cm), letting the clip accept thicker hems or multiple fabric layers while maintaining a firm clamp.

• Unique six-row tooth layout for better traction on slippery materials
• Wider jaw reduces concentrated pressure points on material
• Adjustable knob allows precise jaw spacing for varied fabric thicknesses
• Solid bite reduces slippage when tied down or under load

How do the included carabiners simplify setup and removal?

Each clip ships with a carabiner so you can clip into grommets, rope, bungee cords or anchor points without knotting. This speeds installation and makes it easy to reconfigure or remove the tarp quickly when conditions change.

• 24 carabiners included — one for every clip
• Quick-attach feature for ropes, straps and tie-downs
• Reduces wear on fabric by moving the load to the clip and carabiner
• Ideal for temporary or seasonal covers where frequent removal is needed

Will these clips damage my tarp or fabric?

The CLIO clips are designed to hold without puncturing or shredding by spreading force across a broader surface and biting only enough to prevent slippage. Still, for thin or delicate fabrics, use a patch or reinforcing strip under the clip to protect the material.

• Wide jaw reduces tearing risk compared to narrow clamps
• Tooth pattern grips but does not pierce like a grommet
• Use a backing or reinforcement with fragile materials for added protection
• Regularly inspect fabric where clips are applied to prevent long-term wear

Who is this for: The CLIO 24Pack Large Tarp Clips with Carabiners suit campers, landscapers, boat owners, tradespeople and homeowners who need a durable, reusable fastening method for heavy tarps, pool covers, truck covers, awnings and temporary shelters. If you want a weather-resistant clamp that spreads load, reduces fabric damage and speeds tie-down with included carabiners, this kit is a practical, all-purpose solution.
