CHEYIBAO 420D Jon Boat Cover, 16ft Long, Beam Width up to 75in, Black — PU Waterproof, Windproof Fit

CHEYIBAO's 420D Jon Boat Cover is a heavy-duty, PU-coated marine cover engineered to keep a 16ft (and other listed sizes) jon boat dry, sun-protected and secure while trailering or in storage.

Built from 420-denier marine-grade fabric with a PU waterproof coating and reinforced seams, this upgraded jon boat cover resists rain, UV and dirt for long-term protection on land or water. The cover comes with an elastic hem, quick-release straps, removable sandbags and a compact storage bag so you can cinch a snug, wind-resistant fit and stow the cover neatly when not in use.

How does this cover protect my boat from rain, sun and debris?

The 420D PU coating sheds water and the tightly woven denier fabric blocks harmful UV rays and airborne contaminants. Double-stitched seams reduce seepage points, while the tailored cut and hem keep the cover taut to prevent pooling and abrasion from wind-driven particles.

• 420D PU-coated marine fabric resists water and sun damage
• Double-stitched seams for added seam strength and durability
• Elastic hem and adjustable straps reduce flapping and abrasion
• Removable sandbags help weight the cover to prevent uplift

Will it stay on during trailering and strong winds?

Yes — the cover includes a full hem with elastic cord, multiple adjustable straps with quick-release buckles, and extra fixing accessories to keep the cover secure while trailering. The system quick-release buttons and watchband-style fasteners make tensioning fast and simple.

• Elastic rope sewn into the hem for a tight, custom fit
• Adjustable tie-down straps with quick-release buckles for secure fastening
• Integrated quick-release buttons speed installation and removal
• Included removable drop sandbags add ballast when stationary

What sizes and colors are available for different jon boats?

CHEYIBAO supplies this cover in multiple lengths to suit common jon boat sizes: 12ft, 14ft, 16ft and 18ft. Each length is offered with beam-width compatibility up to the listed maximum, and color choices include black, blue and grey to match your gear or hide wear.

• 12ft — beam width up to 56 inches (black, blue, grey)

• 16ft — beam width up to 75 inches (black, blue, grey)
• 18ft — beam width up to 75 inches (black, blue, grey)

How easy is it to store and maintain this cover?

The cover collapses into the supplied storage bag for compact storage and transport, and the PU coating cleans easily with mild soap and water. Routine rinsing and drying before storing will prolong fabric life and keep buckles and straps functioning smoothly.

• Includes large storage bag for compact packing
• Wipe-clean PU-coated fabric; air dry before storage
• Durable buckles and elastic remain functional with simple care
• Package includes 10 buckle straps and 4 removable sandbags
