How sharp and durable is the Damascus blade?

The Urban Ranger’s 3.74" Damascus blade offers an edge that holds up to routine cutting tasks while showing the layered Damascus pattern unique to the steel. • Damascus steel: distinctive layered pattern and sturdy edge
• Alternate option: D2 steel available for high wear resistance

• Open length: 8.46" for extended cutting leverage
• Weight: 4.9 oz—balanced for EDC without feeling heavy

How comfortable and secure is the handle during use?

What maintenance and care does this folding knife need?

Routine care keeps the Urban Ranger reliable: wipe the blade clean after use, apply light lubricant to the pivot occasionally, and store it dry to preserve both finish and edge. Damascus steel benefits from periodic oiling to reduce the chance of surface corrosion and to maintain its pattern.

• Wipe blade and handle after use to remove debris
• Lubricate pivot occasionally for smooth deployment
• Hone or sharpen as needed to maintain edge performance
