AIRHEAD Grapnel Anchor System for Small Boats and PWCs — Multi-Colored, 3.5 lb, 25' Rope, Folding 4‑Fluke

The AIRHEAD Complete Grapnel Anchor System is a compact, folding 4‑fluke anchor kit with 25 feet of marine‑grade rope and a padded nylon storage case for secure, low‑profile anchoring on small boats and PWCs.

Keep your vessel steady without bulky gear: this ready‑to‑use anchor pack combines a corrosion‑resistant folding anchor, spliced rope with an inline buoy, and a heavy‑duty snap hook so you can stow and deploy quickly. Designed to work in a range of bottom conditions and to fit tight storage spaces, the set is tailored for small craft owners who want dependable holding power and convenient storage.

How well does this anchor hold in different bottoms?

The AIRHEAD grapnel has four folding flukes and weighs roughly 3.5 pounds, which gives it good bite in sand, mud, gravel and many rocky bottoms. Its fluke shape concentrates holding force to resist drag and the folding design helps the anchor orient and set when it reaches the lake or shoreline.

• 4‑fluke design improves penetration in soft and mixed bottoms
• 3.5 lb weight balances portability with holding power
• Folding flukes collapse for compact stowage and deploy automatically
• Coated finish helps resist corrosion and protect boat surfaces

What components are included and how are they built for marine use?

This complete kit arrives ready to use: the anchor is pre‑spliced to a 25‑foot marine‑grade rope with an inline buoy and finished with a stainless steel snap hook for quick attachment. The rope and hardware are selected for marine exposure, while the anchor's finish reduces abrasion to hulls and prevents early wear.

• 25' marine‑grade rope spliced to the anchor for reliable connection
• Inline buoy improves visibility and retrieval
• Heavy‑duty stainless snap hook for secure attachment to cleats or rings
• Padded nylon storage case cushions the anchor and reduces noise when stowed

How easy is the anchor to store and deploy on small boats or PWCs?

The grapnel folds into a compact shape that fits under most boat seats and PWC storage compartments, so it won’t take up valuable space. The included padded case protects finishes and dampens rattling while underway, and the pre‑spliced rope means you can anchor in seconds without extra knots.

• Folding anchor profile fits under seats and inside small canisters
• Padded nylon case prevents scratches and reduces noise during transit
• Pre‑spliced rope eliminates time spent tying complex connections
• Compact overall size makes it a practical permanent onboard accessory

Is this anchor system suitable for my watercraft and activities?

Yes — the set is intended for small recreational craft including kayaks, canoes, inflatable boats, float tubes, PWCs, and small sailboats. It’s designed for short‑term anchoring such as fishing stops, beaching, or holding position in calm to moderate conditions rather than long‑term mooring.

• Works well for fishing, day cruising, shorelines stops and drifting
• Appropriate for a wide range of small boat types and personal watercraft
• Not intended as a replacement for heavy mooring or offshore anchors
• Easy for one person to deploy and retrieve from small craft

Who is this for? The AIRHEAD Complete Grapnel Anchor System is made for small‑boat owners, anglers and PWC users who need a compact, reliable anchoring solution that’s easy to stow and quick to use. If you value low weight, simple deployment, and versatile holding in common inland and near‑shore bottoms, this kit gives a practical, all‑in‑one option that fits tight storage spaces and reduces setup fuss.
