Amphipod AirFlow Lite running waistpack, Black, breathable 3D mesh, 8 x 3.5 in main pocket

The Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack is a minimalist, breathable running waistpack that holds essentials securely while reducing bounce and hot spots.

Built by runners for runners, this slim waistpack balances storage and comfort so you can carry nutrition, keys, cards, and a phone without distraction. Its patented AirFlow Lite belt design lifts the pack slightly away from the body to increase ventilation and cut down on sweaty contact, while a stretch-comfort adjustable waist keeps the fit secure from mile one through long endurance outings. At just 3.3 ounces, it provides practical capacity without adding bulk.

How much can the waistpack actually hold during a run?

The main zip compartment measures 8" x 3.5" and includes two internal dividers to organize small items. It’s sized for gels, an energy bar, small wallet or ID, and keys, with room for most smartphones depending on case size.

• Storage footprint: 8" x 3.5" main compartment with two dividers
• Carryable items: gel packs, small snacks, credit cards, cash, keys, compact phone
• Net weight: approximately 3.3 ounces for minimal added load
• Closure: secure zip to prevent items from falling out

Why does the AirFlow Lite reduce sweating and discomfort?

The patented AirFlow Lite belt is engineered to create a small air gap between pack and body so heat and moisture can escape. Combined with breathable 3D mesh and moisture-wicking materials, the design helps avoid hot spots and chafing common with traditional waistpacks.

• Air gap design promotes circulation and cooling at the waist
• 3D breathable mesh transfers moisture away from skin
• Low-profile shape minimizes rubbing during repetitive motion

How secure and comfortable is the fit for running or hiking?

A stretch-comfort adjustable waist belt and low-profile quick-release buckle ensure a snug, stable fit that’s easy to remove. The pack sits close enough to the body to stay bounce-free but still allows freedom of movement for sprints, long runs, or hikes.

• Fully adjustable stretch belt for personalized tension and comfort
• Quick-release buckle for fast on/off at aid stations or transitions
• Patented shape keeps load centered and reduces side-to-side movement

What activities is this waistpack best suited for?

The AirFlow Lite was developed for endurance athletes but works well for anyone who needs lightweight, breathable storage. It’s ideal for running, ultra-running, trekking, fastpacking, gym use, and everyday walks where minimal gear is needed.

• Running and ultra-running: minimal bounce and ventilation
• Hiking and trekking: compact storage for snacks and essentials
• Gym or travel: slim profile for secure everyday carry
