Asslen Kids' Bike Helmet & Protective Pad Set, Pink Star, Ages 3-8, Helmet with Knee, Elbow & Wrist Pads

This protective set combines a tough outer shell with impact-absorbing EPS foam and soft internal padding, plus a full complement of pads sized for toddlers and young children. It’s designed to be simple to fit, breathable during activity, and versatile enough for a range of outdoor sports. The set aims to balance protection with comfort so kids keep moving without distraction.

How does the helmet protect my child without feeling heavy?

The helmet pairs a super-light ABS outer shell with high-density EPS foam and a thickened soft sponge lining to manage impact energy while staying light on a child’s head. Ventilation channels and internal foam improve comfort and reduce sweat during play.

• ABS outer shell for abrasion resistance and durability.
• High-density EPS foam to absorb and disperse impact force.
• Thick sponge lining for cushioning and comfort.
• Multiple vents for airflow to reduce overheating.

Will the helmet and pads fit my 3–8 year old reliably?

Asslen helmets are made to accommodate head circumferences roughly 51–55 cm (20"–21.6"), and feature an adjustable dial and straps for a snug, customizable fit. The pads use Velcro straps and elastic closures so each piece can be tightened or loosened for growth or layering over clothing.

• Adjustable rear dial for fine-tuning helmet fit.
• Padded chin strap with quick-release buckle for secure wear.
• Velcro and elastic straps on knee, elbow and wrist pads.
• Designed sizing range appropriate for most 3–8 year olds.

For which activities is this protective set appropriate?

This kit is intended for common outdoor micro-mobility and wheeled sports where head and limb protection reduces risk from falls: biking, scooter riding, roller skating and skateboarding. It offers general impact and abrasion protection but is not specialized equipment for motorized sports.

• Casual and recreational bicycle riding.
• Scooter and skateboard use on sidewalks or parks.
• Roller skating and inline activities.
• General outdoor play where falls are possible.

How easy is it to keep the set clean and maintain safety?

The helmet’s shell can be wiped clean and the inner sponge fabric resists grime; pads feature removable or wipeable sponge surfaces and Velcro straps that allow easy adjustment and cleaning. Regular checks of straps, buckles and shell integrity will help maintain protective performance.

• Wipe down ABS shell with a damp cloth.
• Spot-clean foam liners and sponge fabrics as needed.
• Inspect Velcro, straps, and buckles for wear periodically.
• Replace after significant impact or visible damage.
