NLZGA Automatic Inflatable Life Jacket PFD, Green Camouflage, Low-Profile Self-Inflating Vest for Adults, 33g CO₂, 29–62 in Chest

This vest combines a lightweight 1.2 lb build, camo styling, and a slim U-shaped design to keep your head raised above water while staying comfortable on long boating, kayaking, or fishing outings. It uses a 33g CO₂ cartridge and a water-activated tablet for reliable automatic inflation, and is made from durable 420D Oxford fabric with TPU/EVA reinforcement to resist saltwater corrosion and abrasion.

How quickly will the life jacket inflate when I fall into the water?

Automatic inflation occurs within 3–5 seconds of water contact thanks to the water-activated tablet and 33g CO₂ cartridge system. The fast reaction time minimizes the interval between immersion and flotation without any manual input.

• 3–5 second auto-inflation with water-activated tablet
• Powered by a replaceable 33g CO₂ cartridge
• Backup manual pull available on most designs for added control

Will this fit me comfortably and support my weight on the water?

The vest fits a wide range of adult torsos, adjustable from 29" to 62" around the chest, and supports users up to 330 lbs. Its low-profile silhouette and adjustable waist belt make it suitable for layering over paddling jackets or fishing gear without restricting movement.

• Chest range: 29–62 inches with adjustable straps
• Supports up to 330 lbs buoyancy rating
• Lightweight 1.2 lb construction reduces fatigue during extended wear

How durable and serviceable is the NLZGA inflatable PFD?

Constructed from 420D Oxford fabric plus TPU/EVA components, this vest resists abrasion and saltwater wear. Each unit undergoes a 48-hour leak test to ensure air loss remains under 5%, and it features a quick-reset, 2-in-1 service design for fast reuse after deployment.

• 420D Oxford fabric with TPU/EVA reinforcement
• 48-hour leak test for quality control
• Replaceable 33g CO₂ cartridge, water-activated tablet, and standby clip for rapid repacking

What safety standards and head-positioning features does it offer?

The NLZGA jacket is engineered to exceed SOLAS testing benchmarks for corrosion and abrasion resistance and is shaped to lift the wearer’s head approximately 3–5 inches above the waterline. That U-shaped profile improves face-up positioning without bulk, while the compact design remains unobtrusive during activity.

• U-shaped design elevates head 3–5 inches above water
• Exceeds SOLAS-style durability tests for harsh marine conditions
• Quick-reset cartridge system keeps the vest ready for reuse

Who is this for? The NLZGA Automatic Inflatable Life Jacket is aimed at adult paddlers, anglers, recreational boaters, and anyone who wants high buoyancy in a compact, comfortable package. If you need a lightweight, low-profile PFD that packs down easily, supports up to 330 lbs, and offers fast automatic inflation with straightforward servicing, this model is designed for you.
