How much water does it carry and is the bottle removable?

The soft flask holds about 17 ounces (500 ml) of liquid and is made to be flexible for easy sipping on the move. The bottle unclips so you can rinse or wash it separately, which helps keep the pouch fresh between uses.

• Capacity: 17 oz / 500 ml
• Material: food-grade TPU, BPA & PVC free
• Removable: soft flask detaches for cleaning
• Lightweight and collapsible when empty

Will my phone and keys fit securely?

The pouch includes a zippered pocket designed for phones up to 5.5 inches plus small essentials like keys, cards or cash. A close, secure zip keeps items in place while you move, and the pocket sits flat to reduce bounce.

• Phone capacity: up to 5.5-inch screen
• Additional storage: keys, cards, folded cash
• Closure: zipper for secure carry
• Low-bulk layout to limit swinging

How does the hand strap feel during runs and is it adjustable?

The adjustable strap and thumbhole design let you dial in a comfortable grip that suits different hand sizes and running styles. The soft fabric strap keeps your hand relaxed so you can carry the bottle without gripping tightly for long periods.

• Adjustable strap for a custom fit
• Thumbhole for steady carry and control
• Reflective trim enhances visibility in low light
• Designed to minimize hand fatigue and bounce

How easy is it to maintain and where can I use it?

Maintenance is simple: remove the soft flask, rinse it out, and air-dry thoroughly before reinserting. The TPU material resists odors and is safe for everyday outdoor activities, from marathons to neighborhood walks.

• Clean by detaching bottle and rinsing with warm water
• TPU construction resists smell and staining
• Suitable for running, hiking, cycling, gym, and walking
• Compact design fits naturally in active routines
