BALAPET High-Density Foam Football Tackling Dummy 48×12.5" — Tear-Resistant PU Leather, 3 Handles

BALAPET's High Density Foam Football Tackling Dummy is a 48 × 12.5-inch heavy-duty contact bag built with tear-resistant PU leather and an ultra-dense foam core for realistic tackling, blocking, and contact drills.

This tackling dummy is engineered for repeated hits and grabs during team and individual practice. The outer shell uses reinforced PU leather for longevity and simple wipe-clean maintenance, while the high-density foam interior cushions impacts to protect players and preserve the dummy's shape. At 48 inches tall, it offers a stable, adult-sized target and three ergonomic handles for easy positioning and rotational drills.

How durable is the BALAPET tackling dummy for contact drills?

The dummy is designed to stand up to heavy, repeated use. Tear-resistant PU leather resists scuffs and abrasion, and the internal ultra-high-density foam rebounds after impacts to maintain form and performance over time.

• Reinforced stitching on high-wear seams to reduce split risk
• PU leather surface that wipes clean after sessions
• Dense foam core engineered to recover shape after tackles

What training moves and sports can this dummy support?

Although shaped like a football-style tackling bag, the dummy is multi-sport friendly. Use it for football, soccer contact drills, martial arts takedowns, wrestling positioning, lacrosse blocking practice, and strength-and-conditioning contact reps.

• Tackling and rucking practice for football and rugby-style drills
• Body-check and shoulder-drive drills for soccer and lacrosse
• Throwing, grappling, and striking setups for martial arts and wrestling

How do the handles and sizing affect drill variety?

The dummy has three strategically placed handles that let coaches and players grip, swing, and rotate the bag easily during dynamic drills. At the 48 × 12.5-inch size, it provides an adult-scale target for standing tackles, drive blocks, and controlled takedown practice.

• Three comfort-grip handles for stable holds and partner-led movement
• Larger 48-inch height for realistic adult contact scenarios
• Balanced weight distribution for predictable rebound and control

How should I care for and maintain the tackle dummy?

Maintenance is straightforward: wipe the PU leather clean after each use and store the dummy in a dry, shaded area to avoid premature wear. Inspect the handles and seams periodically and address any loose stitching to keep the product safe through many seasons.

• Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap for routine cleaning
• Keep dry and avoid prolonged sun exposure to prolong PU leather life
• Check handle fixtures and stitching before intensive sessions

Who is this for: Coaches, strength-and-conditioning trainers, competitive athletes, and recreational teams who need a resilient, adult-sized contact bag for tackling, blocking, and multi-sport contact drills. The BALAPET tackling dummy suits schools, clubs, home setups, and gyms that want a long-lasting practice tool with easy maintenance and versatile drill options.
