BEAUTYOVO Puzzle Exercise Mat — 12 Interlocking EVA Foam Tiles 24"x24", Black/Gray Cushioned Waterproof Gym Flooring

BEAUTYOVO Puzzle Exercise Mat is a 12-piece interlocking EVA foam flooring set of 24"×24" tiles designed to protect floors and provide cushioned, waterproof workout surfaces for home gyms and studios.

These foam floor tiles combine durable EVA construction with a jigsaw-style interlock so you can create a custom training area quickly. The set arrives in two-tone black and gray tiles that snap together to form a continuous protective surface suitable for cardio machines, free-weight stations, yoga and play spaces. Lightweight yet resilient, the mats reduce pressure on hard floors and simplify cleanup after workouts.

How do these tiles protect hardwood, concrete, and vinyl floors?

The dense EVA foam distributes weight and isolates pressure points, minimizing scratches, dents and scuffs from gym equipment and dropped weights. Their thickness and texture also reduce vibrations and dampen sound, helping preserve neighboring rooms from noise. Because the tiles interlock tightly, they create a stable surface that limits item movement and concentrated wear.

• 12 interlocking tiles create a continuous 24"×24" grid per tile for custom coverage
• EVA foam cushions impact to reduce floor damage and surface marks
• Textured surface improves equipment grip and reduces slippage
• Black/gray color masks scuffs and blends with home gym decor

Will these mats absorb shock and make standing or exercising more comfortable?

Yes — the foam provides a modest shock-absorbing layer that reduces fatigue from standing on hard surfaces and softens landings during workouts. The cushioning is suitable for general fitness, stretching, and light plyometrics, while also acting as a low-profile protective pad under machines. For very heavy drops from barbells you may still prefer specialized plates or thicker crash mats, but these tiles handle most home-gym demands.

• Resilient EVA core reduces strain on joints and feet during workouts
• Interlocking tiles maintain even support across the floor
• Ideal under cardio machines to reduce vibration transfer
• Lightweight pieces are easy to reposition for different routines

How easy is it to install, clean and customize the mat area?

Installation is tool-free — pieces snap together like a puzzle and can be expanded or reconfigured as your space changes. The closed-cell foam resists water and most liquids, making spills simple to wipe away with a damp cloth. If a tile becomes damaged, you can remove and replace single tiles without tearing up the whole floor.

• Snap-fit puzzle edges for quick assembly and reconfiguration
• Waterproof surface wipes clean in seconds with mild soap and water
• Individual tiles can be removed and replaced as needed
• Two-tone layout allows visual customization of workout zones

Who is this for? These interlocking EVA tiles suit homeowners creating a compact home gym, renters who need non-permanent floor protection, parents building a padded play area, and trainers needing a portable workout surface. The set is especially useful beneath treadmills, exercise bikes, benches and other equipment to reduce noise, protect flooring, and improve comfort without professional installation.
