BiJun 8-Tier Wooden Sword Wall Mount – Horizontal Katana Rack, Felt-Padded Rustic Finish

BiJun's 8-tier wooden sword wall mount is a horizontal display rack that securely holds up to eight blades—katana, wakizashi, tanto, or decorative swords—while protecting them with felt-padded contact points.

This handcrafted wooden wall rack brings order and visual focus to your sword collection. Built from real wood with a natural flame-finished surface, the BiJun sword stand emphasizes rustic grain and sturdy joinery so your blades hang safely and stylishly on any wall. It fits a wide range of edged and long-handled items and ships with felt strips to prevent scratches where the weapons meet the wood.

How does it keep swords safe while on display?

The rack holds blades horizontally in dedicated slots so each piece is supported at multiple points, reducing pressure on the scabbard or blade edge. Felt padding lines the contact points to prevent abrasion and surface marks.

• Eight horizontal tiers space swords apart to avoid rubbing.
• Felt strips cushion both blade and scabbard contact areas.
• 1.18-inch screws and reinforced splicing improve overall stability.
• Wall-mounted installation keeps swords off the floor and out of harm's way.

Will this mount fit different styles and sizes of swords?

The BiJun rack accommodates a broad assortment of weapons and long items, from traditional Japanese swords to Western decorative blades and hobby gear. Its open horizontal supports are suitable for katana, wakizashi, tanto, daggers, rapiers, and similar profiles.

• Adjustable spacing lets you store short and long blades together.
• Wide application includes sporting rods or novelty items like lightsabers.
• Designed to display both sheathed and unsheathed pieces safely.

What materials and finish are used on the BiJun sword stand?

BiJun uses real wood and a flame-charred finish that highlights natural grain without heavy chemical treatments. The surface treatment creates a rustic, vintage look while preserving the wood’s character and maintaining durability.

• Real wood construction for strength and aesthetic warmth.
• Natural flame spraying method to bring out grain and texture.
• Minimal chemical processing to keep a more authentic appearance.
• Sturdy screw splicing upgraded for safer assembly and mounting.

How easy is it to install and maintain?

Installation is straightforward: mount the rack securely to a stud or use appropriate wall anchors and fasteners for your wall type. Maintenance requires only occasional dusting and checking that felt pads and screws remain secure.

• Comes with felt strips pre-cut for protective contact points.
• Use included screws or similar 1.18-inch fasteners for reliable joins.
• Periodic inspection prevents loosening and protects your blades.
