Bioesque Heavy Duty Multi-Surface Cleaner & Degreaser Concentrate 1 Gallon — Professional Strength, Biodegradable

Bioesque Heavy Duty Multi-Surface Cleaner & Degreaser is a concentrated, biodegradable professional-strength formula that cuts grease, removes organic soils, and deodorizes multiple surfaces while making up to 32 gallons of ready-to-use cleaner.

Designed for commercial and demanding residential environments, this one-gallon concentrate delivers powerful cleaning performance without flammable ingredients or harsh chemicals. It dilutes easily to treat floors, countertops, stainless steel, masonry, and many other hard surfaces, offering a greener alternative that still handles heavy soils and persistent odors.

How concentrated is this product and how do I mix it?

The concentrate multiplies coverage so a single gallon yields up to 32 gallons of working solution, allowing flexible dilution ratios based on soil level. Light cleaning uses a milder mix while heavy degreasing requires a stronger ratio; always follow label guidance for best results and material compatibility checks.

• One gallon of concentrate dilutes to up to 32 gallons of ready-to-use cleaner.
• Adjust dilution for light, medium, or heavy soils to conserve product.
• Easy-to-follow mixing reduces waste and improves cost-efficiency.

Which surfaces can I safely clean with Bioesque Heavy Duty Cleaner?

This formula is created for multi-surface use on non-porous materials such as sealed tile, concrete, stainless steel, and laminated counters. It removes grease and organic soils without leaving a sticky residue when used per instructions; patch-test porous or painted surfaces before full application.

• Suitable for stainless steel, ceramic tile, sealed concrete, and plastics.
• Not for unsealed wood or delicate finishes without testing first.
• Rinses clean on most hard surfaces to avoid residue build-up.

Is this product safe and environmentally responsible?

Bioesque Heavy Duty Cleaner & Degreaser is non-flammable, biodegradable, and formulated without hazardous or harmful chemicals listed in many heavy-duty cleaners. It balances cleaning strength with reduced environmental impact, making it a practical choice for facilities seeking greener cleaning solutions while maintaining performance.

• Biodegradable formulation minimizes environmental persistence.
• Non-flammable for safer storage and handling in busy facilities.
• Manufactured without certain harsh or hazardous ingredients.

How should I use this product for the best degreasing results?

For heavy grease, apply a stronger diluted solution, allow a short dwell time to break down oils, then agitate if needed and rinse or wipe away. For routine maintenance, use a lighter dilution, spray or mop the surface, then wipe or squeegee to prevent streaks and build-up.

• Apply diluted solution, let sit briefly on heavy grease, then wipe or rinse.
• Use appropriate tools—mop, scrub brush, or microfiber cloth—for agitation.
• Rinse food-contact surfaces per local regulations before use.

Who is this for: Bioesque Heavy Duty Multi-Surface Cleaner & Degreaser Concentrate is designed for commercial cleaners, facility managers, maintenance teams, and homeowners facing heavy soils who prefer a concentrated, biodegradable option. It fits kitchens, restaurants, warehouses, workshops, schools, and anywhere powerful degreasing is needed without adding flammable or unnecessarily harsh chemicals to the supply closet.
