Bridgestone Golf e6 Soft Treadline golf balls — Soft feel, long distance, 360° alignment

Bridgestone Golf e6 Soft Treadline is a soft-feel, long-distance golf ball with a 360° treadline alignment aid for improved putting accuracy.

The e6 Soft Treadline combines a larger, softer core with a smooth, soft cover and Bridgestone’s Precision Aim Technology to deliver forgiving ball flight, comfortable feel, and an integrated visual guide for alignment. Designed from the ground up to favor straighter shots and more confident putts, this model borrows a tread-inspired pattern from Bridgestone’s Dueler A/T Ascent tire and translates that visual language into a practical on-course tool.

How does the e6 Soft Treadline give me longer distance while staying soft?

The ball uses a larger, lower-compression core engineered to compress more easily at impact, which helps generate ball speed even with moderate swing speeds. A soft, seamless cover maintains that comfortable feel through the bag while still supporting efficient energy transfer off the clubface.

• Softer, larger core for faster compression and enhanced ball speed.
• Seamless soft cover for consistent feel and reduced drag.
• Optimized construction for distance with less harshness at impact.

What is the Precision Aim Technology and how does the treadline assist my putting?

Precision Aim Technology is a 360-degree printed treadline that creates a clear, continuous alignment cue around the ball. It helps you square the ball to your target more reliably during setup and stroke, improving your ability to start putts on line.

• Full-circle treadline alignment aid for visual consistency.
• Simple reference to line up putts and practice strokes.
• High-contrast print for visibility on a range of greens.

Will this ball help reduce side spin and keep shots straighter?

The e6 family is known for lower side spin off the driver and long clubs; the Soft Treadline continues that emphasis by pairing a forgiving core with a cover that moderates excessive spin. That combination delivers a straighter trajectory for players who want more predictable long-game dispersion.

• Core and cover tuned to limit side spin on full shots.
• Designed for straighter ball flight, especially off the tee.
• Helps players with moderate swing speeds find more fairways.

How does the ball feel around the green and on shorter shots?

The soft seamless cover produces a gentle, responsive touch on chips and putts without sacrificing control. You’ll feel a plush landing on short pitch shots and good feedback on delicate putts, while still enjoying predictable spin rates for scoring shots.

• Soft cover improves short-game touch and feedback.
• Consistent spin for approach and chip control.
• Seamless finish reduces irregular roll and improves feel.

Who is this for: The Bridgestone Golf e6 Soft Treadline is aimed at golfers seeking a soft-feeling ball that still promotes distance and straighter long shots, with an added visual aid for putting. It's especially suitable for players with moderate swing speeds who prioritize comfort and consistency, recreational competitors looking for forgiveness, and anyone who wants a simple, reliable alignment guide on the greens. If you prefer firmer, low-compression tour-style balls, this model may feel too soft; but if you want distance without the harsh impact and a built-in putting cue, the e6 Soft Treadline is built for that mix of traits.
