Buddy Lee Jump Ropes Aero Speed 2.0 adjustable jump rope Silver for Men & Women with Sonic Rocket bearing

The Buddy Lee Aero Speed 2.0 is a pro-grade, adjustable jump rope with a Sonic Rocket Speed swivel bearing designed for ultra-fast, tangle-free rotations and precise double-under practice.

Engineered for athletes, trainers, and fitness enthusiasts who want controlled speed and a smooth feel, the Aero Speed 2.0 upgrades Buddy Lee's signature design with faster bearings, refined handles, and an easier adjustment system. This version ships with two PVC-coated wire cables of different thicknesses, a protective black carry case, and an L-wrench so you can fine-tune length and weight for your workout style.

How does the Sonic Rocket Speed swivel bearing improve performance?

The patented Sonic Rocket Speed swivel bearing rotates significantly faster than standard jump rope bearings, reducing friction and giving you more consistent, reliable rotations. Faster spin means fewer interruptions during sets and cleaner double-unders for developing timing and rhythm.

• Rotates 3X faster in multiple directions for smoother motion
• Reduces cable wobble so swings stay stable at high speeds
• Improves consistency during rapid sets and double-under drills

What makes the Aero Speed 2.0 easy to adjust and customize?

The Aero Speed 2.0 includes a simple, tool-assisted adjustment system that lets you change cable length quickly and swap cables without complicated knots or hidden screws. The package contains an L-wrench and two cables—one slightly thicker for added weight—so you can tailor rope feel and length to your height and training goals.

• Includes L-wrench for fast, repeatable adjustments
• Two PVC-coated cables (4.0mm and 4.5mm) for weight options
• Wire cable cutters allow precise length trimming for a custom fit

Are the handles comfortable and durable for long workouts?

The 6.2-inch handles are handcrafted from polished aluminum with laser-printed logos and soft silicone grips to balance comfort and control. Their ergonomic shape offers a secure hold during sweaty, high-rep sessions while the premium finish resists wear and keeps the rope feeling professional for years.

• 6.2" polished aluminum handles with laser-printed branding
• Adjustable silicone grips for secure, comfortable control
• Balanced weight distribution for stable swings and less wrist fatigue

What comes in the box and how do color options work?

Each boxed Aero Speed 2.0 includes two coated cables, the jump rope handles, a compact black carry case, and the adjustment tool for a complete setup right out of the box. Choose from several vivid finishes—Olympic Gold, Silver, Red, Pink, Navy Blue, and Sky Blue—to match your gear or stand out in group classes.

• Stylish black carry case protects gear and simplifies transport
• Two cable thicknesses let you pick speed versus weighted feel
• Multiple colorways for personal style or team kits
