Callaway Putting Mat 8 Feet Indoor Golf Practice Mat with Recessed Cups and Anti-Crease Backing

The Callaway Odyssey 10' x 2' Putting Mat is a premium indoor putting surface that simulates a real green to help golfers sharpen aim, distance control, and confidence from short to extended putts.

This roll-out putting mat is engineered to give a realistic feel under the ball while remaining durable enough for daily practice at home, in the office, or in a studio. At 10 feet long and 2 feet wide, the mat is long enough to work on pace for medium-length putts yet compact enough to store easily. Built-in features like recessed cups, hole-fill inserts, and a ramp incline let you practice both accuracy and pace in repeated, measurable sessions.

How closely does the mat mimic a true golf green?

The surface is designed to offer a consistent roll and a realistic putting feel that responds similarly to short grass greens. A premium backing keeps the mat flat and crease-free so the ball tracks reliably, making each practice stroke more informative.

• 10' x 2' high-density putting surface with green-like texture
• Premium anti-crease backing for a true roll every time
• Recessed cups that catch the ball like an on-course hole

What practice options are included to improve aim and speed?

The mat features two recessed cups and hole-fill inserts to vary targets, plus a built-in ramp incline that challenges pace control and alignment. These elements let you rehearse short putts, mid-length lag putts, and uphill or downhill speed adjustments without needing a large area.

• Two recessed cups for repeated target practice
• Hole-fill inserts to alter break and lock ball into place
• Ramp incline for practicing uphill/downhill speed control

Will the mat stay flat and true during repeated use?

Yes — the reinforced backing is made to lay flat and resist wrinkles even after being rolled and stored. That eliminates inconsistent bounces and edge curls so you can focus on stroke mechanics and distance feedback rather than surface imperfections.

• Durable backing prevents creases and curl-up edges
• Rolls out smoothly for immediate practice sessions
• Construction intended for long-term indoor use and repeated rolling

Can I simulate slope and more advanced breaks with this mat?

The 10' (and 12') versions include an optional foam wedge that creates subtle breaks and slopes, enabling more advanced training. Use the wedge to rehearse reads and putt lines that require feel and judgment, then remove it for flat drills.

• Optional foam wedge (10' & 12' models) for simulated slopes
• Switch between flat and broken surfaces to diversify practice
• Helps develop the feel for speed over varying inclines

Who is this for? The Callaway Odyssey 10' x 2' Putting Mat is aimed at golfers of all levels who want a convenient, reliable indoor training aid. Beginners will find a safe, repeatable place to learn alignment and stroke fundamentals, while intermediate and advanced players can use the extended length, recessed cups, and optional wedge to refine distance control and reading ability. It suits homeowners, apartment dwellers, office practice setups, and instructors who need a portable, realistic surface for focused putting drills.
