CamelBak Max Gear Tactical Bottle Pouch — Multicam insulated MOLLE carrier for 750ml–1L bottles, 500D Cordura

The CamelBak Max Gear Tactical Bottle Pouch is an insulated, MOLLE-compatible carrier that securely holds 750ml or 1L bottles for field use.

This compact pouch pairs rugged construction with simple, fast access so you can stash a drink where you need it and keep it cooler longer. Built from heavy-duty 500D double-rip Cordura and finished in Multicam, the pouch snaps onto most MOLLE webbing and tactical platforms while protecting your bottle from abrasion and the elements.

How does this pouch protect and insulate my bottle?

The pouch includes an insulated lining that reduces temperature transfer and helps maintain cooler contents for longer than an unprotected bottle. Its Cordura exterior resists tears and scuffs while the zipper closure secures the bottle and limits exposure to dust and light rain.

• Closed-cell insulation layer to slow heat gain.
• 500D double-rip Cordura exterior for abrasion resistance.
• Ergonomic zipper pull for quick opening and secure closure.
• Full-length coverage to protect the bottle body from impacts and scratches.

Will it fit my 750ml or 1L bottle and attach to my gear?

The pouch is sized to accept common 750ml and 1L bottles, offering a snug fit that minimizes rattling while still allowing easy insertion and removal. Attachment is straightforward: integrated MOLLE-compatible straps let you mount the pouch to vests, belts, packs, or any platform with webbing.

• Designed dimensions for both 750ml and 1L standard bottle profiles.
• MOLLE straps weave into existing webbing for a stable mount.
• Low-profile design keeps bulk to a minimum on pack exteriors.
• Secure zipper prevents accidental loss while on the move.

What makes the construction durable enough for tactical use?

Durability comes from the materials and attention to hardware: 500D double-rip Cordura is a high-tenacity fabric chosen for abrasion, tear resistance and long service life. Reinforced stitching at stress points and a metal-reinforced zipper pull provide reliability in repeated field use.

• 500D Cordura resists scuffs and punctures in rough environments.
• Reinforced seams at attachment and carry points reduce failure risk.
• Zipper with ergonomic pull for dependable, gloved operation.
• Multicam finish for low-visibility blending with tactical gear.

How practical is it for everyday carry and multi-day trips?

Its streamlined profile and insulation make the pouch useful beyond tactical scenarios—commuting, hiking, or travel. Because it mounts externally, you save internal pack space and keep refill access fast, which is handy on long days when grabbing a drink quickly matters.

• Saves internal pack volume by carrying bottle outside.
• Quick-access zipper for on-the-move hydration stops.
• Compatible with a variety of bottles for trip versatility.
• Lightweight construction that won’t add unnecessary weight.

Who is this for: The CamelBak Max Gear Tactical Bottle Pouch is aimed at operators, outdoor professionals, and active users who need a resilient, MOLLE-ready solution for carrying a standard 750ml or 1L bottle. It also suits commuters and hikers who want an easy-to-access, insulated bottle carrier that mounts to packs or belts and holds up to heavy daily use.
