CamelBak Thrive Flip Straw Kids Water Bottle, Demi Blush, 12 Ounces — Insulated, Leak-Resistant

The CamelBak Thrive Flip Straw Kids 12oz water bottle is an insulated, bite-activated straw bottle designed for easy, spill-reducing sipping for children ages three and up.

Compact and built for everyday life, this 12-ounce stainless steel bottle combines double-wall vacuum insulation with a flip straw lid so children can drink without tipping the bottle. Durable materials and a secure lid make it a practical choice for school, sports, day trips, and family outings. The demi blush colorway keeps the look playful while the integrated carry handle and dishwasher-safe pieces keep routines simple for busy families.

How does the flip straw make drinking easier for kids?

The flip-and-sip straw lets children drink by gently biting or suctioning the valve, removing the need to tilt a heavy bottle. That controlled flow helps reduce spills and encourages independent sipping, which is especially useful during car rides, classrooms, or practice.

• Bite-activated valve for controlled water flow
• Flip-top protects the straw from dirt and germs
• One-handed opening for easy access while on the move

Will this bottle keep drinks cold during a school day?

Yes—the double-wall vacuum insulation is designed to slow heat transfer and retain cold temperatures for hours. While exact cold retention depends on ambient temperature and initial liquid temperature, the insulated steel core performs well for typical school and activity durations.

• Double-wall vacuum technology reduces warming
• Stainless steel interior resists odors and stains
• 12 oz capacity fits backpacks and lunchboxes

Is the CamelBak Thrive Flip Straw leak- and spill-resistant?

The bottle is engineered to be leak-proof when the lid is fully closed and to minimize spills when the straw is open. A secure lid and bite valve work together to protect bags and seats from accidental messes, though no bottle is absolutely failproof if left open and tipped repeatedly.

• Secure threaded lid helps prevent leaks when closed
• Spill-resistant straw design reduces accidental drips
• Durable construction stands up to daily use

How do I care for the bottle and its parts?

Cleaning is straightforward: most components are dishwasher safe, which simplifies weekday maintenance. Remove and rinse the straw and valve regularly, and allow parts to air-dry fully before reassembly to keep the bottle fresh.

• Dishwasher-safe components for easy cleaning
• Removable straw and valve for thorough rinsing
• Dry parts completely to prevent trapped moisture

It suits active kids who carry water to school, sports, or excursions and families who favor durable, low-maintenance gear with a playful design.
