AEETT Camping hammock with mosquito net and rain fly, Black, 660 lb capacity, lightweight backpacking kit

AEETT Camping Hammock with Mosquito Net and Rain Fly is a complete backpacking hammock kit that combines a reinforced parachute nylon bed, sewn-in bug net, and a large waterproof tarp to keep you comfortable and protected outdoors.

Built for multi-day trips, backyard lounging, and quick overnight shelters, this AEETT hammock system blends durable 210T 75D nylon with triple-stitched seams, a compact bug net, and a diagonal rain fly that covers the entire setup. The kit includes tree straps, heavy-duty carabiners, and small extras so you can set up between trees or poles in minutes without knots. It’s designed to be lightweight for packing but strong enough for two people and heavy loads.

How durable is the hammock and what weight can it hold?

The hammock uses reinforced parachute-grade 210T 75D Nylon Taffeta and triple-stitched panels to improve tear resistance and longevity. In real-world testing it has supported weights well above everyday use expectations, and the hardware is upgraded for reliable anchoring.

• Material: 210T 75D Nylon Taffeta for quick drying and breathability
• Reinforcement: Triple-stitched seams on load-bearing panels
• Capacity: Rated to 660 lbs with tested strength beyond this threshold
• Hardware: Metal steel carabiners and 5 + 1 ring tree straps included

Can this hammock keep insects and rain out while camping?

Yes — the set pairs a fine mesh bug net with an oversized waterproof tarp so you’re protected from both small insects and wet weather. The net is integrated and can be flipped under if you prefer open-air lounging, while the tarp’s diagonal design offers full coverage over the hammock.

• Bug protection: Small, dense mesh keeps out mosquitoes and midges
• Rain coverage: 122 x 122 inch diagonal tarp (90.5 x 82.7 in LxW) for full shelter
• Multi-use tarp: Folds into a storage bag; doubles as a groundsheet or picnic mat
• Flexible use: Net can be tucked under for unobstructed hammock use

How portable and easy to set up is this hammock for backpacking?

The hammock stuffs into its attached pouch for compact transport and unfolds quickly for fast rigging. AEETT includes tree straps with multiple rings so you can hang without knots, making setup simple for solo travelers or pairs.

• Packed size: Folds into built-in stuff sack for compact carry
• Length/width: 114 inches long by 55 inches wide for roomy lay
• Fast install: 98-inch tree straps with 5 + 1 rings, no knots required
• Extras included: Inflatable pillow, sleep mask, survival bracelet for convenience

What accessories come with the hammock and why do they matter?

The kit arrives with upgraded accessories that make the hammock a self-contained shelter: heavy carabiners, ringed straps, and small comfort extras that improve rest and safety in the field. These components save you from buying add-ons and let you head out with a ready-to-use system.

• Hardware: Metal steel carabiners for secure attachment
• Straps: 98-inch straps with multiple ring positions for angle control
• Comfort items: Inflatable pillow and sleep mask for better rest
• Survival tool: 5-in-1 bracelet for emergency uses and convenience
