Built for enduro and downhill riders who need a reliable, tunable rear spring shock, the RCP2S combines a hard-chromed 12 mm damper shaft, a durable AL-7075 hard-anodized body and user-accessible rebound, compression, preload and air-pressure controls. Available in two travel/weight configurations, this shock is engineered to absorb both small bumps and big hits while letting you dial ride feel to trail and rider preference.
The RCP2S uses a refined damping system designed to smooth out minor terrain chatter and still resist bottoming on large hits. Its multi-stage damping and robust internal construction deliver consistent behavior over varied trail conditions.
You can fine-tune the RCP2S across rebound, compression and preload settings plus air pressure, giving you control over spring rate, how quickly it recovers and how it handles successive hits. These adjustments allow rapid adaptation to rider weight, bike geometry and terrain.
The RCP2S comes in two common downhill sizes: a 190 mm travel option with a 550 lb spring and a 200 mm travel option available with 550 lb or 750 lb springs. Longer travel and heavier spring rates increase bottom-out resistance and suit heavier riders or more aggressive setups, while shorter travel and softer springs favor suppleness.
Yes — materials and finish focus on longevity for aggressive trail work. Critical components are treated to resist wear and corrosion so the shock keeps consistent performance through repeated impacts and wet, gritty conditions.
Who this is for: riders who tackle aggressive enduro, freeride or downhill terrain and want a coil rear shock they can tune for heavier impacts and precise handling. Choose the 190 mm for a slightly lighter setup or the 200 mm for extra travel and increased bottom-out support; select spring rate based on rider mass and preferred ride firmness.
Q: Can I adjust spring preload and damping on the RCP2S?
A: Yes. The shock offers preload, rebound, compression and air-pressure adjustments for on-trail tuning.
Q: Which travel and spring options are available?
A: Available sizes include 190 mm (550 lb) and 200 mm (550 lb or 750 lb), with corresponding stroke and weights.
