CHAMPRO Air Tech 3 Adult Rib Vest, Black, Small — Ventilated P.E. Plates & Dual-Density Foam

CHAMPRO Air Tech 3 Adult Rib Vest is a ventilated, padded rib protector designed to deliver lightweight impact coverage and adjustable fit for football players.

Built to sit comfortably under or over a jersey, the Air Tech 3 combines molded polyethylene shock plates with dual-density ventilated foam so the vest protects the ribs without trapping heat. Elasticized tailoring and hook-and-loop closures create a customizable, athletic fit that lets players move freely while keeping coverage in place. Available in adult sizes S–4X and youth sizes S–L, this model in black is intended for athletes who want dependable rib protection without bulky restriction.

How does the Air Tech 3 reduce impact to the rib area?

The vest uses high-impact polyethylene shock plates that disperse force across the surface instead of concentrating it at one point. These plates are encapsulated in dual-density foam that cushions contact while preserving a slim profile so the vest sits close to the body.

• High-impact P.E. shock plates contour to the torso for even force distribution
• Dual-density foam provides layered energy absorption and comfort
• Low-profile construction minimizes bulk under pads or jerseys

Will it stay cool and comfortable during long practices?

Yes — the Air Tech 3 uses a breathable mesh shell and ventilated foam channels to encourage airflow and reduce heat buildup. The materials are lightweight so the vest won’t add unnecessary weight during drills or games.

• Mesh construction allows air to circulate across the torso
• Ventilated foam helps wick heat away from contact points
• Lightweight build reduces fatigue over extended use

How can I get the right fit for my body and position?

Adjustable hook-and-loop closures let you fine-tune chest and waist tension for a secure fit that suits your playing style. The elasticized tail pad adds flexibility at the lower back so the vest moves with you while preserving coverage.

• Hook & loop closures for fast, repeatable sizing adjustments
• Elasticized tail pad improves range of motion and comfort
• Available in a full adult size range S–4X for tailored fit options

How durable is the vest for regular contact use?

The combination of molded P.E. plates and robust foam is designed for repeated impacts and routine team use. Stitching and fabric choices focus on maintaining shape and protective performance across a season of practices and games.

• Molded polyethylene plates resist cracking under typical contact
• Dual-density foam recovers shape after impacts
• Reinforced seams and mesh exterior extend service life
