CHAMPRO Fastpitch Softball Batting Helmet, Black, Size Medium, Junior HX Rise with Facemask and wicking liner

CHAMPRO HX Rise is a fastpitch softball batting helmet with an ABS impact shell, moisture-wicking liner, and integrated facemask for junior players.

The HX Rise blends airflow-focused engineering with protective padding in a sleek matte finish. Designed exclusively by CHAMPRO, this helmet aims to balance ventilation, comfort, and certified impact resistance for fastpitch hitters. It ships pre-assembled with the HXMS facemask and is available in sizes matched to common head measurements.

How does the HX Rise keep a player cooler during long innings?

The HX Rise uses strategically placed vents to move heat away from the head while the DRI-GEAR liner actively wicks sweat. Mesh-wrapped pads reduce clinging and increase breathability, so comfort holds up through warm games and extended batting sessions.

• Vent holes positioned to promote airflow and heat release
• Contour-molded DRI-GEAR moisture-wicking pad liner
• Mesh-wrapped pads for added breathability and durability

Will this helmet meet safety standards for competitive play?

Yes—the HX Rise features a durable ABS shell engineered to absorb and disperse impact forces and it complies with NOCSAE performance requirements used across levels of play. Impact foam lining and secure jaw padding add an extra layer of protection where it matters most.

• ABS outer shell for high-impact resistance
• Impact foam-lined interior to reduce transmitted force
• Included HXMS facemask for added facial protection

How comfortable and low-maintenance is the helmet?

Comfort is prioritized through weight-optimization and soft-touch, moisture-managing materials; jaw pads are wrapped in soft fabric to prevent chafing. A Bio-Fresh treatment fights odors for longer freshness between cleanings, and the removable-style pads simplify routine upkeep.

• Weight-optimized shell for balanced feel at the plate
• Soft-touch, moisture-wicking jaw pads and liner
• Bio-Fresh antimicrobial treatment to reduce odors

Which size should a junior player choose and what colors are available?

The junior Medium fits typical head sizes from 6½ to 7; CHAMPRO also offers a Senior Large for 7–7½ head sizes. The Rise line comes in several solid colors with a matte surface, allowing teams and players to match helmets to uniforms or personal preference.

• Junior Medium fits head/hat sizes 6½–7
• Senior Large fits head/hat sizes 7–7½
• Available in multiple solid matte finishes and ships pre-assembled
