Contender Fight Sports Mexican boxing hand wraps 180‑inch 10‑pair — slightly elastic layered protection

Contender Fight Sports Mexican boxing hand wraps are 180-inch slightly elastic wraps sold as a 10-pair kit to stabilize knuckles and wrists for sparring and bag work. These Mexican-style hand wraps combine length and stretch in a custom fabric blend to deliver layered protection, comfortable compression, and fast on/off convenience. Designed for fighters who want the traditional long wrap length with modern elastic give, this 10-pair bundle keeps multiple training sessions covered and makes it easy to rotate washed wraps without downtime.

How do these wraps differ from standard hand wraps?

Unlike short, non-elastic wraps, the Contender Fight Sports Mexican wraps extend to 180 inches so you can build more layers over knuckles, thumb, and wrist. The slight elasticity lets the material conform to hand contours while returning to shape after use, improving comfort without sacrificing support.

• 180" length for extended layering and custom tension
• Slightly elastic custom blend for form-fitting compression
• Thumb loop and hook-and-loop closure for secure, quick application

Are these wraps suitable for both bag work and sparring?

Yes — the wraps are made to protect the hand’s structural bones during both heavy bag sessions and partnered sparring. The long length lets you reinforce vulnerable areas and the elastic blend reduces bunching, making them comfortable under gloves.

• Layered protection for knuckles and wrist alignment
• Comfortable under most boxing and MMA gloves
• Machine washable when used with a handwrap wash bag for hygiene

How quickly can I put them on and take them off?

Each wrap includes a thumb loop and a hook-and-loop (Velcro) fastener so you can secure the wrap in seconds. The design minimizes fiddling and helps maintain consistent tension from session to session.

• Thumb loop anchors the wrap for a fast start
• Hook-and-loop closure ensures quick removal and readjustment
• Elastic material simplifies contouring around joints and knuckles

What does the 10-pair pack offer compared to single pairs?

The 10-pair set supplies multiple training days’ worth of wraps so you can alternate fresh and washed pairs without interrupting your routine. It's cost-effective for gyms, coaches, or athletes who train frequently and want dependable backups.

• Economical bulk quantity for daily trainers or teams
• Rotate pairs to extend life and maintain hygiene
• Pairs are machine washable, best used with a handwrap wash bag

Who is this for These Mexican-style 180" wraps are aimed at boxers, kickboxers, and combat-sports athletes who prefer traditional long wraps with modern stretch.
