BiLLNE Cooler Basket for Igloo 70/72/94 QT Coolers — Polyethylene-Coated Steel Mesh Insert, Drop-In Replacement

BiLLNE's cooler basket replacement fits Igloo 70, 72 and 94-quart coolers to create an organized, elevated storage layer that preserves chilled items and increases usable space.

Replace a worn or missing internal basket with a corrosion-resistant polyethylene-coated steel wire insert engineered to match Igloo item number 00020074. This basket lifts drinks and food above melted ice, improves circulation, and keeps refrigerated items easier to access and cleaner over repeated use. Built for impact resistance and simple maintenance, it restores functionality and extends the practical life of compatible coolers.

How does this basket improve cooler organization?

The BiLLNE insert separates contents into a raised compartment so items don't sit directly in water. That makes it simpler to access bottles or produce and prevents smaller items from getting lost beneath ice. The mesh design also creates visible sections so you can quickly spot what you need.

• Creates a raised shelf to keep items dry above melted ice.
• Mesh pattern allows quick visual inventory of contents.
• Fits specific Igloo sizes for a snug, rattle-free placement.

What makes the material suitable for long-term use?

Constructed from steel wire with a polyethylene coating, the basket resists rust and impact better than uncoated metal alternatives. The coating provides a smooth, nonabrasive surface that wipes clean and reduces corrosion risk in wet environments. Durable construction keeps the frame square and prevents deformation after frequent loading.

• Polyethylene-coated steel for corrosion resistance.
• Smooth finish that cleans easily with a damp cloth.
• Robust wire gauge resists dents and keeps shape.

Can this basket work with ice and still keep items cold?

Yes — the open mesh permits ice circulation while elevating goods for better cooling efficiency. Ice water can flow through the holes so cold reaches all items while preventing direct submersion for many products. The open bottom also helps airflow, supporting consistent chilling across the cooler's interior.

• Mesh allows ice and water circulation for consistent cooling.
• Raised design avoids submerging sensitive items in meltwater.
• Suitable for beverages, produce, and packaged foods.

How easy is it to install and maintain this replacement basket?

The basket is designed for drop-in installation into compatible Igloo coolers — no tools required. Its smooth, coated wires resist sticking and staining, so routine cleaning is quick. If exposed to sticky spills, the surface wipes clean with mild soap and water and air dries rapidly.

• Tool-free drop-in fit for Igloo 70, 72 and 94 QT models.
• Simple wipe-clean maintenance with mild detergent.
• Dries quickly to discourage odor and residue build-up.

Who is this for: The BiLLNE cooler basket is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, anglers, tailgaters, caterers, and families who own Igloo 70, 72, or 94-quart coolers and want a durable, easy-to-clean interior organizer. It’s also a practical spare part for anyone looking to replace a rusted or missing Igloo part number 00020074 and restore efficient cooling and neat storage on camping trips, work sites, or backyard gatherings.
