COOLOMG Men Sliding Shorts with Foam Athletic Cup, Black, Size Medium — Padded Compression for Baseball

COOLOMG Men Adult Baseball Sliding Shorts combine padded compression shorts with a soft foam athletic cup for groin protection and padded thigh coverage during slides, dives, and collisions.

These sliding shorts pair a thick EVA side pad and a soft multi-layer foam cup inside a breathable compression base to reduce abrasion and blunt impact risk during field play. Built for baseball but suitable for other contact and sliding sports, the set includes one pair of compression sliding shorts and one soft protective cup engineered for comfort, moisture control, and shock absorption without hard plastics or metal elements.

How do these shorts protect while sliding and diving?

The shorts use enlarged triangular EVA pads along the hips and upper thighs to shield skin from scrapes and distribute forces from side impacts. The padding placement is optimized for common sliding positions so the material cushions friction and contact with the ground.

• Thicker EVA side pads cover thighs and hip bones to lower abrasion risk.
• Triangular pad shape spreads impact across a larger area.
• Compression fit keeps pads aligned during movement and slides.

What makes the soft foam athletic cup different from a hard cup?

The included soft cup is constructed from five composite layers that combine impact-resistant fabrics with a soft foam shell, offering protective support without rigid plastic or metal. This design aims to absorb blunt force while maintaining a flexible, body-conforming profile for improved mobility.

• Five-layer foam and fabric shell for layered shock absorption.
• No rigid plastics or metal components for more comfort and fit.
• Designed to sit securely inside the shorts’ cup pocket during activity.

Will these shorts stay comfortable and dry during a game?

Yes — the compression shorts are made from lightweight, breathable fabric that wicks moisture away from skin to help you stay cool and reduce chafing. The material’s stretch provides a snug but flexible fit for crouching, running, and sliding without restricting motion.

• Moisture-wicking fabric moves sweat away from the body.
• Stretch compression maintains pad placement and support.
• Low-bulk design fits under uniforms and allows natural movement.

How do I choose the right size and care for the set?

Refer to COOLOMG’s size chart for waist and hip measurements to select a proper compression fit; a secure fit keeps pads and cup aligned. Care instructions typically recommend gentle washing and air drying to preserve the foam cup and EVA padding lifespan.

• Check the brand size chart for accurate waist and fit guidance.
• Hand wash or gentle machine cycle and air dry to protect padding.
• Insert or remove the cup through the shorts’ cup pocket as needed.

Who is this for? Players who slide, dive, or face frequent thigh and groin contact during sport — including baseball, softball, football, lacrosse, and hockey — will benefit from the combination of EVA thigh padding and a soft foam cup. These shorts are suitable for adults seeking abrasion reduction and flexible impact protection that fits under uniforms. If you’re looking for enhanced thigh cushioning plus a compliant soft cup option that prioritizes mobility and moisture control, this set from COOLOMG is designed to meet those needs.
