Deep-Zen PRO ergonomic yoga blocks 2-pack, Black with 72" strap, knee pads and contoured EVA support for wrist comfort

Deep-Zen PRO Yoga Blocks 2 Pack are contoured EVA foam bricks with grooves, two knee pads, and a 72" strap designed to reduce wrist stress and improve alignment during yoga and Pilates.

Whether you practice at home, in a studio, or travel with your mat, the Deep-Zen PRO set is built to add comfort and functional support to standing balances, floor poses, and transitional movements. These blocks blend a firmer, non-compressing core with a soft-touch finish and slip-resistant texture, while included accessories extend versatility for stretching and joint protection.

How do these blocks help protect my wrists during weight-bearing poses?

The Deep-Zen blocks have contoured grooves on top and sides that re-distribute pressure away from vulnerable points on the wrist, making poses like Chaturanga and Upward Dog more comfortable. The ergonomic shape encourages a neutral wrist angle and reduces torque compared with flat bricks.

• Contoured grooves reduce vertical and horizontal wrist strain
• Rounded edges prevent sharp pressure points on the hands
• DenseFlex EVA core resists compression for steady support
• Slip-resistant texture keeps hands secure during sweaty flows

What extras come with the set and how will I use them?

This 5-piece PRO set includes two blocks, two knee gel pads, and a 72" yoga strap so you have tools for alignment, cushioning, and flexibility training right away. Use the strap for safer deepening of hamstring and shoulder stretches, and the knee pads to protect kneecaps during prolonged floor work.

• 72" strap for assisted stretches and improved posture alignment
• Gel knee pads cushion knees in kneeling or transitional poses
• Blocks serve as height modifiers for standing or seated postures
• Everything packed together—no need to buy accessories separately

Are these blocks durable and safe for frequent practice?

Constructed from an enhanced-density proprietary EVA (DenseFlex), the bricks maintain shape under repeated loading and won’t quickly compress like low-quality foam. Materials are non-toxic and odor-free, with a slip-resistant surface that holds in place even during dynamic sequences.

• Enhanced-density EVA resists long-term compression
• Non-toxic, odor-free material suitable for sensitive skin
• Soft-touch finish for a comfortable grip without stickiness
• Rounded edges and stable footprint reduce rollover risk

Will these blocks suit different practices and skill levels?

Yes. The ergonomic brick shape and included accessories make the set adaptable for beginners needing extra lift, intermediate students refining alignment, and advanced practitioners exploring supported inversions or deep stretches. Instructors and bodywork professionals also find the set useful for teaching modifications.

• Beginners: added height and wrist relief for safer entry into poses
• Intermediate: helps refine alignment in balance and hip-openers
• Advanced: supports restorative holds and deeper joint-safe transitions
• Teachers: compact, all-in-one kit for class demonstrations and adjustments
