Diamond MMA Compression Jock Shorts Medium Adult, Black with 4‑Strap Cup Pocket and Drawstring Waist

Diamond MMA Compression Shorts are a supportive compression jock with an integrated four-strap cup pocket and drawstring designed to keep an athletic cup securely in place during high-impact sports.

These medium black compression shorts combine snug base-layer support with a patent-pending 4-strap positioning system and a tailored pocket that prevents unwanted cup movement. Built from performance elastics and premium construction, the shorts act as the foundation for a separate athletic cup (sold separately) so athletes can customize protection and comfort based on sport and preference.

How does the built-in 4-strap system keep a cup stable?

The four-strap design cradles the cup from multiple angles to stop lateral and vertical shifting during sudden direction changes or impact. Instead of a single point of support, the straps distribute load and lock the cup into the specially shaped pocket.

• Patent-pending 4-strap configuration for multi-directional stabilization
• Tailored cup pocket matches common athletic cup shapes
• Drawstring waistband for micro-adjustments and added security
• Compression fit reduces unwanted fabric movement

What materials and construction deliver comfort and durability?

Diamond MMA uses high-grade elastics and reinforced stitching to create a durable, yet flexible support layer. The fabrics provide firm compression without pinching, and reinforced seams protect high-stress points so the shorts hold shape through repeated use.

• Military-grade elastic components for long-lasting stretch retention
• Premium construction and reinforced seams at straps and pockets
• Moisture-managing fabric for training sessions and competitions
• Low-profile design fits under shorts or gis for discreet wear

Which athletic cups work with this compression jock?

The shorts are designed to accept standard athletic cups, including co-molded and rigid-core models. Diamond MMA sells a specifically designed cup to pair with this system, but the pocket will also accommodate many third-party cups sized to match the medium fit.

• Compatible with Diamond MMA athletic cup (sold separately)
• Athletic cup pocket shaped to limit lateral and vertical movement
• Works with commonly available adult medium cups from major brands
• Easy insertion and removal for cleaning and replacement

Can I use these compression shorts across different sports?

Yes — the shorts are engineered for high-impact and contact activities where groin protection is needed. Their secure cup pocket and low-profile compression make them suitable under uniforms, training shorts, or grappling gear for multi-sport use.

• Designed for high-impact sports, combat sports, and contact training
• Slim profile fits comfortably under competition or training apparel
• Durable build withstands repetitive motion and regular washing
• Drawstring waistband keeps shorts precisely positioned during play

Who is this for: Athletes who want a reliable, low-profile groin support system that pairs with a removable cup. These medium Diamond MMA compression shorts are aimed at adult competitors and serious trainers in combat sports, team contact sports, or any activity where a stable, secure cup pocket and firm compression are needed without bulky outer gear.
