Doyuee 16ft Trampoline Replacement Mat — 14.31ft Diameter, 108 V-Rings for 6.5–7.0" Springs, UV-Resistant PP

Doyuee’s 16ft replacement trampoline mat is a UV-resistant polypropylene jumping surface sized 14.31 ft (mat diameter) with 108 V-rings to fit 6.5–7.0" springs for 16 ft frames.

If your trampoline frame is 16 feet but the original mat is worn, ripped, or faded, this Doyuee replacement mat offers a direct-fit option engineered for durability and consistent bounce. It’s manufactured from high-strength, UV-resistant PP mesh, stitched with ten rows of heavy-duty thread, and finished with color-galvanized triangular rings and colored webbing to increase visibility at the edge.

How do I confirm this mat fits my trampoline?

Measure three things before ordering: the outer diameter of the steel frame, the number of springs or V-rings, and the unstretched length of one spring after removing it. The Doyuee 16ft mat is intended for 16 ft frames, uses 108 rings, and matches springs that measure 6.5 to 7.0 inches unstretched.

• Frame outer diameter must be 16 ft (confirm with a tape measure).
• Count exactly 108 triangular V-rings or springs on the frame.
• Remove one spring to measure its unstretched length; it should be 6.5–7.0".

What materials and construction features improve longevity?

The mat body is woven from UV-resistant polypropylene designed to resist fading and water damage. Seams are reinforced with ten rows of heavy sewing thread and thicker V-rings, while the triangular rings use color-galvanized rust-resistant treatment to reduce corrosion over time.

• High-strength PP mesh resists sun and moisture exposure.
• Ten-row stitching for stronger seam integrity and longer wear life.
• Color-galvanized triangular rings to limit rust and simplify installation alignment.

How hard is installation and what tools are included?

Installation is straightforward when the mat size and spring count are correct; asymmetrical attachment can make a correct mat seem too small. Doyuee includes two metal pull hooks and two pairs of gloves so two people can attach springs more efficiently and safely.

• Included: 1 replacement mat, 2 pull hooks, 2 pairs of gloves.
• Recommended: two people for safe, even spring installation.
• Tip: attach springs symmetrically around the mat to avoid uneven tension.

What performance should I expect compared to the original mat?

This replacement mat aims to restore bounce and playability comparable to many factory mats by matching dimensions and spring compatibility. Because the mat diameter (14.31 ft) excludes the V-ring length, it fits inside a 16 ft frame and provides consistent rebound when installed correctly.

• Mat diameter edge-to-edge: 14.31 ft (does not include ring length).
• Designed to recreate even spring tension with 108 attachment points.
• Colored webbing gives an immediate visual edge warning for safer jumping zones.

Who is this for: This Doyuee mat is suited for homeowners and caretakers who own a 16 ft trampoline frame with 108 springs and need a durable, UV-resistant replacement surface. It’s ideal for families wanting to restore safe bounce performance without replacing the entire trampoline, repair shops that fit parts, and anyone who prefers a visible edge warning from colored webbing.
