DASKING Aerial Silks Starter Kit 11-Yard, Cherry Pink Hammock with Rigging Hardware and 360° Swivel, Beginner-Friendly

DASKING's Durable Aerial Silks Starter Kit is an all-in-one 11-yard aerial silk and rigging set built for safe practice, easy setup, and versatile aerial fitness.

Whether you're beginning aerial silks, teaching classes, or adding an aerial yoga option to your home workout, this kit supplies the fabric and climbing-rated hardware needed to practice safely and confidently. The set combines a medium-stretch 40-denier nylon silk for grip and control with professional-grade O-rings, connecting rings, a 360° swivel, and adjustable extension straps so you can rig at home, in studio beams, or outdoors.

How does the kit prioritize safety during climbs and drops?

The kit includes climbing-certified metal hardware and a robust swivel so dynamic moves feel secure. Components undergo rigorous testing and are rated well above typical bodyweight loads to reduce risk when performing wraps, drops, and inversions.

• O-rings rated up to 23,000 lbs for multi-point security
• Connecting rings ~7,200 lbs strength for anchor stability
• Heavy-duty 360° swivel rated ~6,700 lbs for smooth rotation
• All hardware constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant materials

What makes the 11-yard fabric suitable for beginners and pros?

The 40-denier nylon silk balances durability with moderate stretch so it provides enough give for wraps while keeping a reliable grip on hands and feet. That fabric weight supports practicing foundational moves and advancing to more complex sequences without sacrificing tactile control.

• 11 yards of medium-stretch nylon for long wraps and drops
• Non-slip hand and foot contact for safer transitions
• Durable weave built to resist abrasion from repeated use
• Machine-washable care for easy maintenance

How quickly can I rig the silks and where can I set them up?

Assembly is designed to be fast and straightforward, with picture-based instructions included so you can start training in minutes. The kit’s adjustable 3 ft extension straps let you fit common rigging points up to about 14 ft, making it usable in homes, studios, parks, or gym rafters.

• Clear step-by-step picture guide included
• Two 3 ft daisy-chain extension straps for length flexibility
• Compatible with exposed beams, pull-up anchors, and outdoor rigging trees
• Portable box contents for easy transport between locations

What kinds of workouts and practices can I do with this kit?

This set supports a wide range of aerial activities— from beginner conditioning to creative choreography. It doubles as a yoga hammock for restorative postures, a swing for mobility drills, and a tool for strength-building aerial sequences.

• Aerial silks technique practice and choreography
• Aerial yoga and restorative inversions
• Core and upper-body conditioning using suspended exercises
• Pilates and mobility work enhanced by suspension
