Earth Pak 5L Waterproof Roll-Top Dry Bag, Yellow, 500D PVC Marine Dry Sack with IPX8 Phone Case

Earth Pak 5L Waterproof Dry Bag is a compact roll-top marine dry sack designed to keep small essentials like phones, wallets and snacks dry during kayaking, paddleboarding and boating.

This lightweight 5-liter dry bag uses abrasion-resistant 500D PVC and a proven roll-top seal to protect valuables from splashes, brief submersion and damp gear areas. It pairs a minimalist footprint with durable materials and includes an IPX8 waterproof phone case, making it a convenient choice for day paddles, beach trips or as a protected storage pouch inside a larger kit.

How does the 5L size work for day trips and short outings?

The 5L volume is tailored for small items you want separate and dry: phone, keys, wallet, sunscreen, and a snack. It's compact enough to tuck into a kayak cockpit or strap to a board, yet large enough to hold essential items without unnecessary bulk.

• Fits phones, wallets, sunglasses, small camera and snacks
• Roll-top closure compresses contents for a secure fit
• Lightweight design won’t weigh down your vessel

How water-resistant and durable is the roll-top construction?

The bag is constructed from 500D PVC, a heavy-duty material resistant to abrasion and punctures often encountered on rocks, docks and boat hardware. The roll-top seal creates a tight closure that sheds water and reduces the chance of seepage during splashes or short submersion.

• 500D PVC body for abrasion resistance and longevity
• Roll-top closure provides a tight, adjustable seal
• IPX8 waterproof phone case included for up-to-6.5" phones

What accessories and carrying options come with the bag?

The 5L model keeps carrying simple with a reinforced D-ring and attachment points for carabiners or straps, letting you clip the bag to a kayak deck, paddleboard bungee or life vest. Larger Earth Pak sizes add adjustable shoulder straps and backpack-style harnesses, but the 5L focuses on minimalist portability.

• D-ring for secure clipping to boats or belts
• Compact enough to fit under seats or inside cockpits
• Includes clear IPX8 phone pouch for hands-free photos

How easy is it to store and maintain between trips?

After use, empty the bag, rinse off salt or sand, and air dry with the roll-top open to prevent mildew. When dry it rolls down flat and stows in a locker, backpack or glove compartment until the next outing.

• Rinse with fresh water to remove salt and debris
• Air dry fully before storage to avoid odors
• Rolls small for compact storage in boats or bags

Who is this for: paddlers, anglers, beachgoers and anyone who needs a reliable, small-capacity waterproof pouch for quick trips. The Earth Pak 5L is ideal for people who want protection for essentials without the weight and bulk of larger dry sacks—perfect as a primary small kit or a secondary bag inside a larger dry bag system.
