Ergodyne Chill-Its 5155HV Hydration Pack, Lime, 2.0 L Insulated Low-Profile with DualCap

The Ergodyne Chill-Its 5155HV is a 2.0 L high-visibility, low-profile hydration pack that keeps water cool on hot shifts while staying lightweight and worksite-ready.

This compact hydration pack combines practical on-the-job features with a slim silhouette designed for active workers and outdoor enthusiasts. Built from durable 600D water-resistant ripstop polyester and finished in a lime high-visibility color, it protects the reservoir and helps you stay hydrated without bulky straps or excess weight. The insulated reservoir and tube, plus a wide DualCap opening, make filling, cleaning, and drinking straightforward whether you’re on the construction site, trail, or commute.

How does the pack keep water cooler during long shifts?

The Chill-Its 5155HV uses insulation around both the bladder and the drinking tube to slow heat transfer and preserve cold temperatures longer than an uninsulated reservoir. That insulation helps maintain a comfortable drink temperature through warm workdays or outdoor activities.

• Insulated bladder sleeve reduces heat gain from the environment
• Insulated tube prevents warming along the drinking line
• Low-profile fit reduces air exposure compared with bulky systems

Is it easy to fill, clean, and drink from?

Yes — the wide DualCap opening accepts faucets, hoses, and ice cubes for fast, no-spill filling. The anti-microbial Microban bite valve with protective cover delivers hands-free sipping and helps keep the mouthpiece cleaner between uses. For deeper cleaning, the bladder is compatible with Ergodyne’s hydration cleaning kit (sold separately).

• Wide mouth DualCap for quick filling and adding ice
• Microban-treated bite valve reduces bacteria buildup
• Protective valve cover and removable tube for maintenance

Will it stay secure and comfortable during work or activity?

The Chill-Its 5155HV is designed to be worn comfortably while you move. Its slim, lightweight construction avoids bulk, and breakaway shoulder straps detach under tension to reduce snags. A zippered top closure holds the bladder securely and keeps dirt and debris out when you’re on-site.

• Low-profile shape sits close to the back for balance and mobility
• Breakaway straps detach to prevent hazardous snagging
• Zippered top closure secures the reservoir and blocks contaminants

What materials and size should I expect?

The shell is made from rugged 600D water-resistant ripstop polyester to resist tears and stand up to rough conditions. The bladder capacity is 2.0 liters (2000 mL), and the overall pack dimensions are compact for one-size-fits-most wearability.

• Durable 600D ripstop polyester exterior for abrasion resistance
• 2.0 L (2000 mL) reservoir capacity for extended hydration
• Approximate overall length 17" and width 8" for a snug fit

Who this is for: The Ergodyne Chill-Its 5155HV is ideal for contractors, road crews, event staff, hikers, and cyclists who need reliable, hands-free hydration without a bulky pack. If you want a compact, durable reservoir with cold-retaining insulation, a hygienic bite valve, and safety-focused features like high-visibility coloring and breakaway straps, this pack is a practical choice for active, safety-conscious users.
