FODESAN Golf Hitting Mat Golf Turf Mat 13" × 17" Dual-Turf Practice Mat with 3 Tee Heights, Replaceable Surfaces

The FODESAN Golf Hitting Mat is a compact, dual-turf practice mat with replaceable surfaces and adjustable tees that lets you train full swings and short-game shots indoors or outdoors.

Whether you're keeping strokes sharp over winter or squeezing in a quick practice session at home, this 13" × 17" swing trainer recreates two distinct turf feels and includes three tee heights to support a wide range of clubs. Built with heavy non-slip rubber backing and realistic turf textures, the mat works with nets and simulators so you can build a complete practice station in a garage, backyard, or living room without disturbing neighbors.

How realistic is the turf for both long and short game practice?

The mat pairs a longer fairway-style surface with a short, tight turf for chips and pitch shots so you can practice different lies and contact points. Each surface gives a distinct response at impact to help you recognize ball-strike differences.

• Long grass surface mimics fairway conditions for full-swing feedback.
• Short turf provides clean, consistent feel for chipping and pitching.
• Replaceable pads let you swap worn turf to maintain realistic performance.

Will the mat stay put and hold up to repeated use?

The mat's dense, non-slip rubber base resists movement on tile, carpet, concrete, and grass, giving a stable foundation for both indoor and outdoor practice. Durable synthetic turf fibers and reinforced stitching extend the lifespan, while replaceable surfaces reduce long-term wear concerns.

• Heavy rubber backing prevents sliding during powerful swings.
• Durable turf fibers resist fraying from repeated strikes.
• Quick-change design allows swapping pads when sections fatigue.

Can I use this mat with golf nets, launch monitors, or home simulators?

Yes — the mat is sized and constructed to integrate cleanly with most consumer nets and simulators, providing a consistent hitting surface for launch monitors and camera-based systems. Its compact footprint makes it easy to position inside a simulator bay or in front of a backyard net.

• Compatible with common hitting nets and backyard setups.
• Works alongside launch monitors and camera simulators for data-driven practice.
• Compact shape fits small indoor spaces and garage bays.

What club types and tee heights are supported for varied training?

The FODESAN mat includes three tee sizes (37mm, 42mm, 51mm), covering wedge through driver practice. Adjustable tee heights let you rehearse proper ball position and impact angles across a full set.

• Three tee heights accommodate wedges, irons, and drivers.
• Switchable turf surfaces allow immediate transition from short to long-game reps.
• Ideal for practicing impact consistency and swing path alignment.
