Gamo Squirrel Field Target One Size – Heavy‑Steel Knockdown Target with 4 Kill‑Zone Reducers

The Gamo Squirrel Field Target w/4 Kill‑Zone Reducers is a heavy‑steel, portable field target that falls when its yellow bullseye is struck and resets quickly via the attached pull string.

Designed for backyard practice, club ranges, and informal competition, this Gamo target combines a classic silhouette with four interchangeable kill‑zone reducers to vary difficulty. Built from robust steel, it accepts lead pellets only and comes with four ground stakes for stable placement outdoors. Its simple hit‑and‑reset action makes it a straightforward training tool for pellet rifles and pellet guns without electronic parts or complicated setup.

How does the kill‑zone reducer system change practice sessions?

Interchangeable kill‑zone reducers let you alter the size of the effective bullseye to raise or lower challenge levels. Swapping a reducer narrows the visible yellow zone, requiring greater precision for the target to fall. This keeps practice productive as your accuracy improves.

• Includes four metal reducers for progressive difficulty
• Quick manual swap with simple hardware—no tools required
• Smaller reducers train finer point‑of‑aim control

What makes this target durable and suitable for outdoor use?

The target is manufactured from heavy gauge steel to withstand repeated pellet impacts and outdoor placement. Its solid construction resists deformation and maintains consistent knockdown response over time. Four included ground stakes secure it on lawns, dirt, or gravel so wind and recoil have minimal effect.

• Heavy‑duty steel plate target face for longevity
• Robust stake anchors included for stable setup
• Simple mechanical reset eliminates fragile electronics

How do you operate and reset the target safely?

Operation is intentionally simple: aim at the yellow bullseye and fire approved lead pellets. When the pellet strikes the kill zone, the target falls; pull the attached string to return it to the upright position. Follow standard range safety—stay behind the firing line and use only lead pellets as specified by the manufacturer.

• Use lead pellets only—no steel shot or armor‑piercing rounds
• Manual pull‑string reset avoids bending or touching the faceplate
• Place target at safe range and angle to limit ricochets

How portable is the Gamo Squirrel Field Target for transport and storage?

The target is lightweight enough for single‑person transport yet solid enough for consistent performance on site. It disassembles easily for storage in a vehicle or garage, and the included stakes tuck with the unit for convenient packing. That balance of portability and durability makes it a practical choice for field trips, range days, or home practice.

• Breaks down for compact storage and travel
• Single‑person setup in minutes without tools
• Stakes and reducers stored with unit for easy transport

Who is this for? The Gamo Squirrel Field Target with 4 Kill‑Zone Reducers is aimed at recreational shooters, target‑practice hobbyists, and small‑club ranges that want a rugged, no‑frills steel target. It’s ideal for pellet‑rifle owners who prefer mechanical reset targets and want progressive difficulty through interchangeable reducers. Note: the product is intended for use with lead pellets only and should be used following local safety and range rules.
