Giro Roam Ski Goggles for Men Women Youth, Grey Wordmark Strap, Amber Scarlet/Yellow Lenses, OTG Helmet-Compatible

The Roam from Giro is built to deliver clear, comfortable vision across changing mountain conditions. Its frame combines a wide, low-profile lens with Giro’s Expansion View (EXV) geometry to maximize side vision, while a second low-light lens is included for overcast or late-day runs. Soft double-layer face foam with a microfleece facing sits against the skin for warmth and comfort, and silicone on the strap helps the goggles stay put over helmets or hats.

How does the Roam improve visibility in different light conditions?

The package includes two cylindrical thermoformed lenses: a sun/all-conditions lens and a low-light lens. Swapping lenses is straightforward, so you can match lens tint to changing weather without carrying extra gear all day.

• Two lenses: amber scarlet/yellow for bright and low-light scenarios.
• Anti-fog coating on lenses reduces condensation during high-exertion runs.
• Cylindrical thermoformed construction for consistent optics across the view.

Will these goggles fit over my prescription glasses?

Yes — the Roam is OTG (over-the-glasses) friendly, featuring more internal volume to accommodate frames comfortably. The design maintains ventilation and helps keep fogging to a minimum when worn with glasses.

• OTG interior space to fit most prescription frames comfortably.
• Increased air volume inside the goggle helps preserve clear sightlines.
• Microfleece-facing foam cushions both skin and eyeglass temples.

How does the Roam work with helmets and enhance peripheral vision?

Giro engineered the Roam with Expansion View (EXV) to push lens coverage into frameless zones and reduce the rim profile, increasing lateral sightlines. The frame is also shaped to pair seamlessly with Giro helmets for a consistent, gap-free fit and reliable performance on steep or technical terrain.

• EXV geometry reduces frame obstruction for wider peripheral view.
• Helmet-compatible shaping ensures a secure seal and stable fit.
• Silicone on the strap prevents slippage over helmet shells and beanies.

What comfort and anti-fog features keep you riding longer?

Roam balances plush comfort and breathability so you can focus on the run. Double-layer face foam with microfleece adds softness and insulation, while an anti-fog lens coating helps maintain visual clarity during rapid temperature changes or heavy activity.

• Double-layer face foam with microfleece for warmth and a soft fit.
• Anti-fog lens coating to limit condensation in variable conditions.
• Silicone-backed strap holds position during dynamic movement.

Who is this for? The Giro Roam is aimed at skiers and snowboarders who want versatile optics, a roomy OTG-compatible fit, and enhanced peripheral vision without bulk. It suits men, women, and youth who use helmets and need quick lens switching when mountain light shifts from sunny to flat or foggy. Choose the Roam if you prioritize comfort, anti-fog performance, and wide sightlines on a range of winter days.
