Giro Youth Buster Ski and Snowboard Goggles, Youth One Size, Blue Constant/Amber Rose, OTG Helmet-ready

The Giro Youth Buster are mid-size ski and snowboard goggles built for kids, featuring a blue constant strap and an amber rose lens that maximizes contrast and peripheral view on the slopes.

Designed to keep young riders comfortable and confidently aware on snow, the Buster combines a wide-field lens, soft triple-layer face foam, and helmet-ready fit. The injection-molded cylindrical lens reduces optical distortion while Giro’s Expansion View (EXV) approach increases side vision—helpful when scanning terrain or spotting friends on busy runs. Lightweight and OTG-friendly, these goggles are a practical choice for youth who wear glasses or who want a roomy, fog-resistant interior.

How do these goggles improve a child's visibility on varied light conditions?

The amber rose lens enhances contrast and depth perception in mixed or flat light, making contours and texture easier to read. Its tint is tuned to lift shadows and bring out terrain detail without over-darkening on bright days.

• Amber rose tint improves contrast in low-to-medium light.
• Injection-molded cylindrical lens minimizes visual distortion.
• Broad field of view helps spot slope features and other riders.

Will the Buster fit a child who wears prescription glasses?

Yes—these goggles are OTG-compatible, with interior spacing and cutouts designed to accommodate most eyeglass frames comfortably. The increased internal volume also promotes airflow to reduce fogging when glasses are worn beneath the goggle.

• OTG-friendly interior allows comfortable wear over frames.
• Extra air volume helps keep lenses clearer for longer.
• Microfleece-facing foam maintains a soft barrier against glasses.

What makes the Buster comfortable and secure during activity?

The Buster uses triple-layer facial foam with a microfleece finish to cushion the face and block wind. The elastic strap and helmet-compatible rim ensure a snug, stable fit so goggles stay in place during turns and lifts.

• Triple-layer face foam with microfleece for warmth and softness.
• Helmet-friendly shape for consistent alignment with most helmets.
• Adjustable blue strap holds the goggle securely during movement.

How does Giro’s Expansion View (EXV) help peripheral awareness?

Giro’s EXV concept widens sightlines by minimizing frame obstructions and optimizing lens size at the edges. For kids, that translates to better side vision while carving, riding lifts, or scanning crowded runouts.

• Trimmed frame rim and frameless zones increase visible area.
• Allows a larger cylindrical lens for expanded lateral view.
• Engineered to balance peripheral sight with helmet compatibility.

Who is this for: The Giro Youth Buster is ideal for young skiers and snowboarders seeking comfortable, helmet-ready goggles with improved contrast and wide peripheral vision. It suits kids who wear prescription glasses, families wanting a durable, easy-fitting youth goggle, and beginners through intermediate riders who need clear vision across changing mountain light.
