Golight Gobee 2151 Halogen Spotlight Black — 12V Remote-Controlled, 80,000 cd Long-Throw Beam

The Golight 2151 Gobee Black Halogen Spotlight is a compact, remote-controlled 12V halogen searchlight built for boats and vehicles, delivering a focused 80,000-candela beam with 360° rotation and 90° tilt for precise illumination up to about 1,857 ft.

Designed as a rugged, plug-and-play lighting solution, the Gobee pairs classic halogen output with a lightweight ABS housing and a stainless-steel stanchion mount. It plugs into a 12V accessory source and includes a wireless handheld remote so operators can pan and tilt the beam without leaving the helm. The unit also features bi-color navigation lights, a narrow 14° beam angle for long-throw visibility, and a compact footprint that fits common bow sockets.

How bright is the Gobee and what distance does it reach?

The Gobee uses a halogen bulb tuned for concentrated output, rated at 80,000 candela for a focused, warm beam. That intensity projects usable light nearly 1,857 feet under clear conditions, making it suitable for spotting obstacles, markers, or shorelines at night.

• 80,000 candela peak intensity for strong long-range illumination
• 14° beam angle concentrates light for extended reach
• Approximately 1,857 ft effective visibility in good conditions
• Rated for roughly 250 lamp hours of focused light

What mounting and power options does it use?

The spotlight ships with a 12" stainless-steel stanchion that fits standard 2- or 3-prong bow sockets so you can install it without drilling. Power is supplied from a 12V accessory source—commonly a vehicle lighter or marine socket—making it a straightforward, temporary, or semi-permanent addition.

• 12" stainless-steel stanchion for a secure connection to bow sockets
• No drilling or permanent wiring required—plugs into 12V accessory socket
• Compatible with 2- or 3-prong bow sockets found on many boats and vehicles
• Compact footprint preserves deck and dash space

How do I control the light and how durable is it?

Control comes from a wireless handheld remote that works up to 50 ft away, so you can steer the beam from the helm, cockpit, or onboard work area. The housing is high-impact, heat-resistant ABS that resists water and dust, while the stainless stanchion gives corrosion resistance for marine use.

• Wireless remote allows safe operation up to 50 ft distance
• 360° rotation and 90° tilt for full coverage without moving the mount
• Heat-resistant, high-impact ABS body stands up to marine environments
• Stainless-steel mounting stanchion for long-lasting stability and corrosion resistance

What additional features and protections are included?

Beyond basic illumination, the Gobee includes bi-color navigation lights for compliance and situational awareness, a focused warm beam for sharper contrast at distance, and a manufacturer-backed limited warranty. These extras make it a practical, dependable choice for recreational and utility users.

• Bi-color navigation lights integrated with the spotlight assembly
• Warm halogen color temperature for contrast and clarity at night
• Golight 1-year limited warranty for added confidence
• Designed for both marine and general vehicle accessory applications
