GRVODFRTA Portable Camping Fan with LED Lantern — Makita 18V Compatible, 3-Speed Remote

GRVODFRTA's portable camping fan combines a quiet three-speed blower and bright LED lantern in one Makita 18V-compatible unit with remote control and hanging hook.

Compact and designed for outdoors and jobsites, this battery-operated fan accepts Makita 18V lithium packs (battery sold separately) to deliver hours of airflow and illumination. It works as a tent ceiling fan, a freestanding desk fan, or a canopy light—rotating to aim airflow where you need it and folding into a travel-friendly size for hiking, carpentry, or backyard evenings.

How long will the fan run on a Makita 18V battery?

Runtime depends on the battery amp-hour rating and the selected speed. Expect roughly 3 to 6 hours per amp-hour under typical conditions; higher-capacity batteries deliver proportionally longer operation. The fan is optimized for efficient current draw so it extends the life of your existing Makita packs.

• Compatible with Makita 18V lithium batteries (battery not included)
• Estimated 3–6 hours of run time per Ah, depending on speed
• Lower speeds conserve battery life; high speed increases airflow for quick cooling

What controls and features make it campsite-friendly?

This unit includes a simple push-button control on the fan and a full-function remote with a 1/2/4-hour timer setting. The integrated LED lantern provides even illumination, while a hidden hook lets you suspend the fan from tent ceilings or canopy frames. Rubber feet allow stable tabletop use when you prefer a desk-style setup.

• 3 adjustable speeds with quiet motor operation
• Remote control with 1h, 2h, 4h timer options
• Hidden hanging hook and freestanding base for versatile placement

How portable and durable is the fan for travel and work?

The fan is compact and lightweight, designed to slip into a backpack or tool bag without taking up much space. Tough plastics and a guarded blade make it suitable near campsites, job sites, and vehicles. It easily mounts inside tents or sits on flat surfaces, giving you a reliable airflow source in varied environments.

• Small footprint that fits in camping packs and tool kits
• Guarded blades for safe use around gear and people
• Adjustable tilt to direct airflow where needed

How do I set it up in a tent or on a canopy?

Hang the fan by its hidden hook from a tent loop or canopy crossbar for ceiling-style airflow, or place it on a table for directional cooling. Insert a charged Makita 18V battery into the rear compartment to power both the fan and LED lantern. Use the remote or on-unit button to choose speed and set the timer as desired.

• Mount with the built-in hook or set upright on flat surfaces
• Battery slides into the base for quick swaps in the field
• Remote control provides convenient adjustment without climbing or reaching

Who is this for? Adventurers, tradespeople, and anyone who needs a compact blower and light combo will benefit from this GRVODFRTA unit. It appeals to campers, van-lifers, backyard entertainers, and jobsite crews who already own Makita 18V batteries and want a portable solution for ventilation and illumination without buying a dedicated power supply. If you need a multifunction device that saves pack space and adapts to hanging or freestanding setups, this fan is built for that role.
