GTW MACH3 Storage Box & Cooler Insert — Rear Seat Drop-In, Tool-Free, Weather-Resistant

Built specifically to nest in GTW MACH3 rear seat kits (excluding Club Car DS models), this injection-molded polyethylene container gives you a weather-resistant place for gear or a quick-access cooler for drinks. Its 14.5" L x 7.25" W x 9.75" H interior balances generous capacity with a compact footprint so it fits cleanly under or behind the rear seat area. Because it installs without drilling or permanent modification, it’s a reversible upgrade that preserves your cart’s factory fit and finish.

How does this storage box work as both dry storage and a cooler?

The unit’s rugged polyethylene shell is watertight enough for dry storage but also accepts ice and beverages for temporary chilling. Use it as a lockable gear bin for tools, electronics, and valuables, or add ice and cans for an on-course cooler that drains naturally when emptied. Its smooth interior is easy to wipe clean between uses.

• Dual-use design: dry storage or ice-filled cooler
• Smooth, non-porous interior for easy cleaning
• Holds multiple beverage cans or compact equipment
• No additional insulation required for short-term cooling

Will it fit my GTW MACH3 rear seat and how do I install it?

The insert is tailored to fit all GTW MACH3 rear seat kits except Club Car DS models, so compatibility is simple for most MACH3 owners. Installation is tool-free: you drop the box into the rear seat cavity where it seats securely without drilling or altering the cart. That makes it easy to remove, reposition, or take with you if you change carts.

• Made for GTW MACH3 rear seat kits (excludes Club Car DS)
• Tool-free, drop-in installation—no drilling required
• Removable for cleaning or seasonal storage changes
• Preserves original seat kit integrity and resale value

What are the build quality and durability features?

Constructed from injection-molded polyethylene, the box resists dents, cracking, and weather exposure better than thin plastic alternatives. The material tolerates outdoor use and repeated loading while maintaining shape and structural strength. Its edges and contours integrate with GTW seat geometries to reduce rattling and movement during transport.

• Injection-molded polyethylene for long-term durability
• Impact-resistant shell withstands daily use
• Designed to minimize noise and shifting when installed
• Easy-to-clean surfaces reduce staining and odor retention

How much gear will it actually hold?

The interior dimensions—14.5" long, 7.25" wide, and 9.75" high—accommodate medium-sized items and several beverage cans or bottles. Think gloves, small tool kits, sunscreen, first-aid kits, or multiple cold drinks wrapped in ice. Its rectangular footprint maximizes usable volume while fitting neatly into the rear seat cavity.

• 14.5" L x 7.25" W x 9.75" H internal capacity
• Fits medium tools, apparel, and multiple beverage containers
• Rectangular shape for efficient packing and stacking
• Interior easily wiped and dried between uses

Who is this for? The GTW MACH3 Storage Box/Cooler Insert is ideal for golf cart owners who want a tidy, reversible storage solution or occasional cooler without modifying their GTW MACH3 rear seat kit. It suits weekend players who need organized space for essentials, fleet managers looking for a consistent accessory across carts, and anyone who values durable, low-maintenance gear storage that can double as a portable cooler when needed.
