HEAD Airflow Tour Racquetball Glove, Right Hand X-Large, Perforated Cabretta Leather with Airprene Knuckles

The HEAD Airflow Tour Racquetball Glove (Right Hand, X-Large) is a ventilated, protection-focused glove built with perforated Cabretta leather, Airprene knuckle panels, and a nylon mesh Lycra backing to keep your hand cool and secure on court.

Designed for competitive racquetball players who sweat and need constant tactile feedback, this glove combines premium leather feel with engineered ventilation and impact protection. The perforated Cabretta leather palm preserves grip and touch while allowing air to pass, the Airprene inserts shield knuckles and aid breathability, and the Lycra-backed mesh supports sustained airflow across the back of the hand.

How does the Airflow Tour glove keep my hand cool during long matches?

The glove focuses on passive airflow: small perforations in the Cabretta leather palm let moisture and heat escape, while the nylon mesh Lycra backing channels air across the hand. This reduces clamminess and helps your grip stay more consistent throughout play.

• Perforated Cabretta leather palm for direct ventilation
• Nylon mesh Lycra backing that promotes airflow on the back of the hand
• Strategic material placement to limit heat buildup where you hold the racquet

Does the glove protect knuckles without sacrificing feel and control?

Yes — the Airprene panels deliver added knuckle protection while staying flexible enough to preserve natural hand movement. Because protection is integrated into the glove’s structure rather than added as a bulky overlay, you retain more precise racket feedback and finger dexterity.

• Airprene knuckle inserts for impact protection and breathability
• Thin, responsive palm leather for superior tactile feedback
• Ergonomic fit in X-Large sizing to maintain control and range of motion

What materials make up this glove, and why are they chosen?

The glove blends premium perforated Cabretta leather on the palm with Airprene at the knuckles and a nylon mesh Lycra backing. Each material was selected to balance grip, comfort, protection, and airflow, creating a performance-oriented glove suited to intense court use.

• Perforated Cabretta leather: soft, grippy, breathable palm surface
• Airprene: lightweight protective foam that encourages ventilation
• Nylon mesh Lycra: flexible, breathable backing for sustained airflow

How should I care for the glove to preserve its performance?

Basic upkeep keeps the glove functioning longer: air it out after sessions, wipe away surface sweat with a damp cloth, and avoid machine washing or prolonged sun exposure. Proper storage helps leather and elastic components retain shape and breathability.

• Air-dry after use; avoid sealed bags or damp environments
• Spot-clean with mild soap and a soft cloth; do not submerge
• Store flat or on a glove form at room temperature away from direct sunlight

Choose this glove if you play frequent matches, sweat heavily, or want a performance-oriented fit with breathable materials that sustain comfort session after session.
