HEAD TI Instinct Comp Tennis Racquet Pre-Strung 27 in — Lightweight 10.2 oz, 105 sq. in.

The HEAD TI Instinct Comp is a lightweight, pre-strung tennis racquet that blends titanium and graphite to deliver an oversized sweet spot, added power, and easy maneuverability for intermediate players.

Engineered to balance power, control, and forgiveness, the TI Instinct Comp brings an oversized 105 sq. in. head together with a titanium-graphite composite frame. That combination produces a racquet that feels lively on contact yet remains stable through swings. At just 10.2 ounces and a standard 27-inch length, it’s ready to play straight from the box with a 16x19 string pattern tuned to support spin and comfort.

How does the HEAD TI Instinct Comp improve my power and spin?

The frame uses titanium fibers to add stiffness where you need punch and graphite fibers to preserve feel and responsiveness. This mix helps generate racquet head speed while the open 16x19 string pattern encourages bite for spin. The oversized head increases dwell time, letting strings grab the ball a fraction longer for more rotation.

• Titanium-graphite composite boosts stability and energy transfer.
• 105 sq. in. head increases sweet spot for consistent launches.
• 16x19 string pattern promotes spin-friendly ball contact.
• Lightweight frame permits faster swings for extra power.

Will this racquet help me control shots from the baseline and at the net?

Yes—the TI Instinct Comp strikes a middle ground between forgiveness and precision. Graphite fibers in the frame refine feedback on contact so you can place shots reliably, while the oversized head reduces the penalty of off-center hits. Its nimble weight makes quick net exchanges and volleys more manageable without feeling sluggish on groundstrokes.

• Graphite reinforcement enhances touch and directional control.
• Oversized head reduces mishits during fast rallies.
• 10.2-ounce balance enables swift net coverage and baseline play.
• Pre-strung setup saves time—play immediately out of the package.

How does the racquet perform for players with different swing styles?

The TI Instinct Comp adapts well to both moderate and full swing players by offering a forgiving head and a responsive frame. Players with shorter swings will notice easier power generation thanks to the larger sweet spot, while full-swing players can exploit the composite’s stability to control heavier shots. Overall, it’s versatile across stroke types without demanding drastic technical adjustment.

• Forgiving head benefits players with compact swings.
• Stable composite frame supports heavier, attacking swings.
• Balanced feel makes it suitable for groundstrokes, serves, and volleys.
• Pre-strung 27-inch length conforms to standard play expectations.
