Hillhub Plus Size Silent Weighted Hula Infinity Hoop is a detachable, adjustable 65-inch silent fitness ring designed to deliver smooth, hands-free waist and abdominal workouts at home.

Engineered for comfort and low noise, this Hoop combines a 32-knot detachable design with a weighted, quiet rolling massage head to support waist and core activity without bulky equipment. Made from eco-friendly ABS and built to rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise, it gives you a customizable circumference, compact storage, and an unobtrusive workout you can do in small spaces.

How do I adjust the hoop to fit my waist size?

Adjusting the Hillhub Infinity Hoop is quick and tool-free: press the release button on the links and remove or add segments until the ring matches your ideal diameter. The set includes 32 detachable knots so you can create a size up to 65 inches, then reassemble the sections securely for stable rotation.

• 32 snap-in segments for precise size control
• Push-button release for fast assembly/disassembly
• Max diameter 65 inches to accommodate plus sizes
• Compact storage when disassembled

What makes this hoop quieter than others?

Noise reduction comes from upgraded buffer layers and improved roller materials around the weighted massage head, lowering operational sound to about 40 decibels. That design minimizes clatter so you can use it at home, in an office break, or while watching TV without disturbing others.

• Enhanced buffer layers for dampened impact
• Low-friction rollers for smooth rotation
• Measured operating noise around 40 dB
• Silent design suitable for shared spaces

What sensations should I expect while using the weighted hoop?

The weighted rolling head applies centrifugal force to create a light, rhythmic massage around the waist and abdomen that supports movement and muscle engagement. The massage head is studded to stimulate muscle areas gently while the hoop maintains momentum; you can change speed and direction to vary intensity.

• Massage head with multiple contact points for deeper stimulation
• Smooth dual-direction rotation—clockwise and counterclockwise
• Adjustable intensity through speed and session length
• Designed to remain secure during normal use

How easy is it to store and transport the Hoop?

The detachable construction breaks into small, lightweight segments that fit into a closet, gym bag, or under-bed storage. Reassembly takes moments with the snap-in connectors, making it convenient for travel, classes, or moving between rooms at home.

• Breaks down into 32 compact pieces
• Lightweight ABS plastic for easier carrying
• Quick snap connectors for fast setup
• Fits standard storage spaces and bags
