Hitdudu Camping Axe 2Pack, Tactical Throwing Hatchet Set with 4.7" 420HC Blade and Spike, 15.3" Nylon-Reinforced Handle

Hitdudu Camping Axe 2-pack is a compact tactical hatchet set with a 4.7" 420HC blade, piercing spike, and reinforced nylon-fiber handle designed for chopping, splitting, and campsite tasks.

This two-piece kit blends a hardened 420HC steel head with a 14" nylon-reinforced fiberglass handle to deliver a balanced, durable tool for weekend campers, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts. Each hatchet ships with a rugged nylon sheath and weighs 1.59 lbs, making the pair easy to carry for trail use, firewood prep, shelter building, and general backcountry chores.

What key materials and dimensions should I expect from these hatchets?

Each Hitdudu hatchet pairs a 4.7" 420HC cutting blade with a full-tool length of 15.3" (including handle). The blade steel is heat-treated to 54–56 HRC for a compromise of edge retention and toughness, while the handle uses nylon-reinforced fiberglass for strength and shock control.

• Blade material: 420HC stainless steel
• Blade hardness: 54–56 HRC
• Blade length: 4.7 inches; overall length: 15.3 inches
• Handle material: nylon-reinforced fiberglass
• Weight per axe: roughly 1.59 lbs (pair included in package)

How does the spike and edge design help at a campsite?

The head combines a sharp chopping edge with a pointed spike on the reverse, giving one tool multiple functions. Use the edge for cutting kindling and small logs, and the spike for driving tent stakes, making notches, or breaking hard materials where a point is more efficient.

• Chopping and splitting small-diameter wood
• Driving or extracting tent stakes with the spike
• Creating tinder, notches, or leverage for shelter building
• Piercing or breaking denser materials safely when needed

Is the handle comfortable and safe for repeated use?

The handles are built from fiberglass reinforced nylon, chosen to resist flex, absorb shock, and keep weight down. Molded contours provide a secure grip, and the durable composition withstands outdoor exposure better than untreated wood handles.

• Nylon-fiber construction for long-term durability
• Non-slip grip profile to reduce hand fatigue and slippage
• Lightweight design improves swing control and transportability
• Low maintenance versus traditional wooden handles

What protective accessories and storage features are included?

Each axe comes with a tailored nylon sheath that covers the blade to protect edges and prevent accidental cuts during transport or storage. The sheaths are lightweight and rugged, making the set travel-ready for backpacks or vehicle storage.

• Durable nylon blade sheath for safety and blade protection
• Sheath retains the head securely for transport
• Compact pair packing reduces bulk in a gear bag
• Low-weight solution keeps campsite load manageable

Who this set is for: The Hitdudu 2-pack is aimed at outdoorspeople who need dependable, multi-function hand tools without excess bulk — weekend campers, survival hobbyists, hunters, and trail workers who value a robust blade, a pointed spike, and a grippy, low-maintenance handle. If you want a portable chopping tool that also drives stakes and handles general campsite work, this kit is built to cover those bases while staying travel-friendly.
