HXWY Kids Bike Helmet for Girls, Starry Pink, Size Medium — CPSC Certified Multi-Sport with Adjustable Fit and Ventilation

HXWY Kids Starry Pink Helmet is a CPSC-certified, adjustable multi-sport protective helmet sized for children with 55–58 cm heads that combines impact-resistant construction, breathable ventilation, and easy fit adjustment.

This medium HXWY youth helmet is designed for everyday outdoor play — from neighborhood bike rides to skate park sessions and scooter commuting. Built to meet U.S. CPSC bicycle helmet safety standards for ages 5 and up, it balances protection and comfort with a durable ABS shell, energy-absorbing EPS liner, and a child-friendly fit system. The starry-pink finish adds a playful look while the vents, removable padding, and quick-release chin strap keep riders cool and comfortable.

How does this helmet protect my child during falls?

The helmet uses a dual-layer safety structure: a hard outer ABS shell to spread impact forces and a dense EPS foam liner to absorb shock. The interior padding and snug retention system reduce helmet movement on impact, which helps minimize collision energy transfer to the head.

• ABS outer shell for abrasion resistance and force distribution
• Thick EPS foam liner for energy absorption
• Removable internal padding to secure the fit and add cushioning
• CPSC certification confirming compliance with U.S. safety standards

Will this helmet fit my child and adjust as they grow?

This Medium-size helmet fits head circumferences from 55 to 58 cm (about 21.65"–22.83"). It includes a rear dial and adjustable straps so you can fine-tune the fit as your child grows or layers clothing. Measuring your child’s head before ordering ensures the best initial fit.

• Size range: 55–58 cm for medium
• Rear micro-adjust dial for one-handed tightening
• Adjustable chin and side straps with quick-snap buckle
• Removable wedge pads to customize interior spacing

How comfortable and breathable is the helmet for active use?

The HXWY helmet puts airflow and comfort first with eleven vents positioned to promote cooling during rides or skate sessions. Soft, washable padding wicks moisture and can be removed for cleaning, while the padded chin strap prevents rubbing and keeps the helmet stable during activity.

• 11 strategically placed vents for ventilation and reduced sweating
• Moisture-wicking, removable inner pads for hygiene
• Padded chin strap with quick-release buckle for comfort
• Lightweight construction to reduce neck strain on kids

What activities is this helmet suitable for?

Although officially certified to the CPSC bicycle standard, the helmet’s multi-sport build makes it a good choice for a range of kid-friendly activities — from cycling and BMX to scooter rides, roller skating, and casual skateboarding. It’s designed for everyday recreational use rather than professional extreme sports.

• Cycling and balance bikes for kids age 5 and up
• Scooters, rollerblades, and casual skateboarding
• Playground riding and neighborhood commuting
• Not intended as certified protection for motorized vehicle crashes
