ideen.kollektiv Constellation Board — 44-piece wooden relationship kit with 34 distinct figures and connection ribbons

The ideen.kollektiv Constellation Board is a 44-piece wooden toolkit for externalizing relationships, roles and systems in coaching, supervision and personal work.

This compact, well-crafted set combines a divisible wooden board, 34 distinct wooden figures in varied shapes and sizes, connection ribbons, storage bag and a detailed manual to help coaches, facilitators and reflective practitioners map interpersonal and organizational dynamics visually. Designed for flexibility, the kit supports many formats: one-on-one sessions, group workshops, supervision, planning exercises and independent exploration.

How does this board support systemic coaching and constellations?

The set provides tangible elements to represent people, roles, emotions or processes so you can see and test relationships outside of abstract discussion. By placing figures and using ribbons, clients and teams can experiment with spatial relationships and observe emergent patterns.

• 34 unique wooden figures in different sizes and colors for clear differentiation.
• Connection and separation ribbons to show ties, distance or strength of relationship.
• Divisible board and engraved edge for spatial boundaries and subgrouping.
• Manual with suggested exercises and usage tips to get started quickly.

What practical features make this kit easy to use in sessions?

Every element is designed for repeated handling and quick setup so sessions can focus on exploration rather than logistics. The figures are tactile, durable and sized for tabletop or floor work, while the storage solutions keep everything organized between sessions.

• Premium storage box and cotton bag for neat transport and safekeeping.
• Clear figure variety reduces ambiguity when representing roles or system parts.
• Board divides into two halves to create zones or contrast perspectives.
• Engraved board edge helps mark boundaries or frame scenarios.

How can I incorporate this set into workshops and supervision?

The kit adapts to different group sizes and time frames: use it for a quick diagnostic mapping, a deep constellation, or as a reflective tool during supervision. It encourages participants to externalize complex issues and iterate through arrangements to reveal hidden tensions or resources.

• Use small figures for individuals and larger ones for systems, teams, or concepts.
• Combine ribbons and placement to explore loyalty, influence, or separation dynamics.
• Offer participants hands-on experimentation to increase engagement and insight.
• Follow the included manual or adapt exercises to your preferred methodology.

What comes in the box and how durable is it?

The package contains everything needed for immediate practice and long-term use. Materials are chosen for resilience and frequent handling in professional settings, and the storage solutions protect pieces between sessions.
