JBM Kids Bike Helmet and Protective Pad Set, Black, Size Medium — Adjustable Ventilated Helmet with Knee, Elbow & Wrist Guards for Cycling

JBM's kids protective set pairs an adjustable, ventilated bike helmet with matching knee, elbow and wrist guards to give children all-round impact protection for cycling, skating and scooting.

This all-in-one safety kit includes a medium-sized helmet designed for 6–12 year olds and a set of knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards. Built from a PC/PVC shell with EPS foam and hard PE caps for the pads, the set balances shock absorption with breathable comfort. Features such as an adjustable rear dial, multiple vents and elastic Velcro closures let the gear grow with your child and stay put during active play.

How does the helmet fit and adjust for growing kids?

The helmet uses an easy-turn rear dial and an adjustable chin strap so you can fine-tune the fit for a secure, comfortable hold. The design keeps the helmet stable without pressing too tightly, helping reduce movement during rides or tricks. Medium size targets most children aged 6–12; measure head circumference to confirm sizing before purchase.

• adjustable rear dial for micro-fit tuning
• padded chin strap with quick-release buckle
• medium recommended for 6–12 years (measure head circumference)

What level of protection do the helmet and pads provide?

The helmet combines a PC/PVC outer shell with EPS foam to dissipate impact energy, while the knee and elbow pads use hard PE caps over EVA foam to shield joints. Wrist guards add extra support to reduce twisting and distribute force away from the hands. Together they offer multi-point coverage for common fall areas in cycling, skating and scooting.

• helmet: durable outer shell + EPS impact foam
• pads: hard PE caps, EVA foam and nylon for shock absorption
• wrist guards: rigid support to lessen hand impact

Will kids stay cool and comfortable during activity?

Ventilation is built into the helmet with multiple air channels and breathable foam liners to promote airflow. The pads use stretchy, breathable nylon and soft EVA padding to limit chafing while still offering coverage. Elastic straps with Velcro closures make adjustments simple and maintain a secure fit without over-tightening.

• helmet vents and aerodynamic shaping for airflow
• breathable foam liner reduces sweating and hot spots
• pads with stretchy nylon and Velcro for comfort and security

Which activities is the set suitable for?

This protective kit is made for a wide range of youth sports — from casual scooting and cycling to rollerblading, skateboarding and BMX play. It fits everyday rides, playground sessions and lessons where falls are likely. The balanced protection helps parents feel confident while kids explore new skills.

• bike riding, BMX and commuter cycling
• roller skates, inline skates and skateboarding
• scooters, hoverboards and balance bikes
